I installed my X1 max with a midcity remote starter for the Benz. How can I use the shock sensor on the x1 max. Also could I use the can hi\lo wires in the Benz
I tried to replace my dr3400 with the x1max and the x1max does not power on. An alca was used in my vehicle. Does something need programmed? I am getting no power to the x1max. When I purchased it, I was under the impression all I had to do was swap modules.
If using the X1 MAX using data to data (grey pin) installation, can it still control Aux outputs? (Assuming they are wired and selected on a cmx brain)
I'm being told that the drone by itself would only do GPS and other minimal things. I want to know by push notifications that my OEM alarm is going off, GPS, and start/stop. Can I use this product by itself or do I need to pair it with a compustar brain?
I just recently got a Compustar RS1B-DC3, FT-ALARMIT-KIT, and DroneMobile X1MAX-LTE installed on my wife’s 2021 Chevrolet Traverse push-to-start, is there away that I can adjust the sensitivity on the sensor using the app?
hello 3 weeks I replaced my Dr-3400 ... with the x1-max equipment ... everything worked fine until the day it was updated ... it was very slow ... my question is can I go back to the update I had again ... and another how I can activate the sensors suddenly and the bluetooth .. greetings
WOW NO ANSWER? That's not good. Even if they have a website, they should answer here as lots of people see it as a company that is lagging in Customer Support.
So I have the X1 Max and a regular compostar alarm system. It's all integrated into my factory Ford Focus RS system. Every 6 days or so only through the app I get a notification and my alarm goes off only on the app on my phone saying glass break detected. When I go out to the car the car is fine no alarm is going off no aftermarket alarm siren is going off nothing the only alarm alert I get that is false completely false is through the app!
bought an X1LTE for my Audi A4 - install for remote start is rear boot area. All harness' installed - does not work. No tech help. Cancelled Drone subscription. waste of money

If the vehicle doesnt have an obd2 port. Do i just use the alca harness just for power and ground?

Hello I found a drone 10 pin plug is connected but only 3 wires connected. Can I use it on my phone?
