Thanks bro this helped so much. I wanted my alarm super sensitive and the shop I took it to didn't do that for me so I tried to adjust it myself 🤙✊
I installed my DAS II to the windshield of my car and the 1st heavy rainfall at 2am was frightening. I lowered the sensitivity and it did not make a difference the next heavy rain fall. I have since reinstalled it under the dashboard.

I have set up mine, siren is working like when I unlock the car. when its armed, locked and wait more than 30 seconds. When I bang on the window it does nothing or even shake the car. Not sure whats wrong. The sensor has power.
Does it have to be mounted on the windshield?
Is the windshield the recommended placement for the Das II I can't find good placement it's not picking up shock well under the dash on my 2019 dodge charger.
I just bought a kit and thought that it was just plug and play this is the model i buy from ebay Compustar FT AlarmIt Kit V2 Alarm Upgrade Kit Add On with LED Siren & FT DAS II! No instructions included! I really need help on how to install it in my CM-DC3 module!

past year 21 and up build date dc3 and dasII have not been working for me. stuck to the windshield, tied to harness under the dash, sitting on the floor of the vehicle its all the same sensitivity. follow the master guide set the dasII to H the adjust the dial on the dc3, no change. do the opposite dc3 dial at 10, adjust the das II. I've spoken to authorised dealer support multiple times and they are just as confused as myself. our firstech rep has also had hands on adjusting it himself and same thing. If i use a CMX it works perfectly. any thoughts?

Will a compustar cm-7200 work with this shock sensor ? I purchased the other Das and it doesn't work, I originally pulled a dial up shock sensor off it says compustar order# A122
is this plug N play to existing compustar 2way remote or do I need the siren too

The biggest question is, why can't one only disable door, hood and trunk latches for alarm? Say I want only glass breakage but no shock or hood and door sensors (they could still function for remote start safety but not for alarm purposes)? My factory alarm covers the doors and hood/trunk. This would lower the chances of false alarms due to dirty hood sensors etc. This would be my ideal setup, but with my 7200, DAS-II, and a manual transmission I can't do it.
I purchased the das 2 and I have a compustar cm-7200. I installed the shock sensor and when I press the unlock twice and with the ignition on and the shock sensor it doesn’t light up. I found that I have to be sitting inside the car with the door closed and the car in a armed state and the car off then I press the button on the shock sensor and it comes on. Is this normal ?
I would like to know how you mounted it to the top of the windshield with the short cable that move with it ?

Question, If your using the CM DC3 do you use the dial on the DC3 to set the sensitivity of knock or do you adjust at the das?
No, we recommend setting that dial on the DC3 to 10 and setting the sensitivity on the DAS-II. The DAS-II can be adjusted from a 2-way LCD remote or DroneMobile, which is much easier than getting under the car to adjust it on the brain.
I have adjusted mine on both the dc3 module and das II why doesnt the sensor work

I have a 2003 acura rsx manual transmission. Can i use a compustar 7900 alarm remote start and this shock sensor for remote start?
Those settings dont work on my dc3 with t12/droid. It still wanna go off the turn dial
Hi Harold, try setting the DC3 sensitivity to 10 before adjusting any settings on the DAS.
I have the car im the ON position, I pressed UNLICK twice and the DAS II screen does not come on. Am I missing something?

@@karlmcclure5249 yes, so for me I turned on the car like actually started the car. I had all doors closed. I had the doors locked and the moment I pressed the button once, everything worked as it should. Lemme know if that works for you.
Is this the same procedure for an oem remote?
Just installed the x1lte and from what I’ve read it has the same built in security features that the das-ii has from what I understand. Could you please make a video on how to enable those on the x1.
How long does it take before the sensor comes on after you hit unlock twice
Lock your car and it should turn on, turn off the shock sensor by holding lock and unlock for 2.5 seconds while you adjust the settings on it.
What if I have the Drone mobile solution only? No remote
You'll still get alarm alerts if the alarm is triggered.

Either works, but we generally recommend under the dash as that's how we test it. It's mounted on the windshield here for demonstration purposes.
I just hooked up the das2 to my cm7200 and the das wont power on after the key on and unlock twice, any advice?

Make sure option 4-12 is set to option 2. That should activate das 2.

Is the only way to adjust this via physical buttons on the actual unit? What a joke design. All your other components are adjustable in the Drone app, but not this one?? Mine is in a hard to reach location under the dash. I get some false window break detections that wake me up in the middle of the night. Big design flaw for Compustar to not make this adjustable with the remote control or drone.
