If you sign a contract with a Sheik and they renege, the legal system you’d appeal to is also subject to the Sheik’s family. Uhu Sheikh Nasser completed the challenge. Using a comfort pad, no sleeves, doing half squats with nondescript blue 20 kilo bumper plates in a gym with not a single other plate in sight. Not to mention that his physique doesn't exactly scream power house which is what it would take to complete the 220 for 10 back-to-back sets without even taken into consideration the build up of fatigue getting there. It's also worth mentioning that our Eastern friends haven't exactly had the best track record honoring their contracts.

Competition squats will always be a meme to me. You can go a tiny bit deeper for a little more hamstring glute strain but you do not have to for competition purposes. You can very easily complete this challenge because the prince does the exact same shit you do. Actual full depth not ass to grass squats, every single rep, will fry the hamstrings where doing accessory movement like legpress after would be redundant.

I do not consider the Platz record broken. I remembered all of his reps being very high and upon re-watching it now in this video it confirms he is many inches above parallel. And before anyone says muscle mass is a limiting factor consider that Tom Platz literally has the greatest legs in all of bodybuilding history. And before you say height is a limiting factor I am 6 foot four and get my juicy ass all the way down to the ground.
I agree it isn't broken for many reasons. Tom did ATG reps for starters which are much more difficult. If that wasn't already enough to separate these attempts, he even did them with a fast tempo with only brief pauses every 5 reps He moved like a piston. Breathing squats as Mitchell Hooper did toward to end are actually easier as you increase the duration of the set allowing some recovery. Tom could have stood there from rep 23 and continued to pump out many more breathing squats. Incredibly he wasn't gassed after he racked the weight. Platz had such incredible endurance for high rep squatting there's still nobody who can match his feat.

Tom Platz record - he did while being much lighter in weight and ass to grass type of squats, at least that is what could be seen from that poor quality video. 300 x 10 - comments on depth ? Impressive lifts but i would not count it. Strongest man on earth squat - come on, that is no a lift at any other competition and you know it.

I do not consider the Platz record broken. I remembered all of his reps being very high and upon re-watching it now in this video it confirms he is many inches above parallel. And before anyone says muscle mass is a limiting factor consider that Tom Platz literally has the greatest legs in all of bodybuilding history. And before you say height is a limiting factor I am 6 foot four and get my juicy ass all the way down to the ground.

I agree it isn't broken for many reasons. Tom did ATG reps for starters which are much more difficult. If that wasn't already enough to separate these attempts, he even did them with a fast tempo with only brief pauses every 5 reps He moved like a piston. Breathing squats as Mitchell Hooper did toward to end are actually easier as you increase the duration of the set allowing some recovery. Tom could have stood there from rep 23 and continued to pump out many more breathing squats. Incredibly he wasn't gassed after he racked the weight. Platz had such incredible endurance for high rep squatting there's still nobody who can match his feat.

Brian Shaw himself said he would have done exactly what Mitch did in the comp and he was there when Mitch tested and he was standing right in front of him when he performed in the event.
