Just in three days I started seeing results. My mom told me that I look slimmer in my back area and that my love handles have gotten smaller. In total I lost 15ish pounds! You gotta push your self, if I started seeing results in three days you can too, and losing weight for me isn’t easy!! Ps I’m 16 and 5’10 and my heaviest was 190. I’m getting into 170 real soon! I didn’t diet while the workouts but I want to go down to 130-140 pounds it’s going to be necessary. 💛 Edit: I realized I didn’t make it clear. I DID NOT lose 15 pounds in 3 days! That’s too extreme 😂 It took nearly 3 weeks to lose that :) update: i’m doing intermittent fasting, works very well. i eat first at 7:20 am and stop at 4:30 pm. be consistent!! it was my mistake for cheat days or eating after 4:30 or not exercising daily. i drink around 64 oz of water daily, i don’t eat junk or sweets. offered food, i say no. at first it was extremely hard but now it’s like a habit. i was around two weeks into IF, i decided to eat after 4:30, my body DONT like it. shows that it took kinda quickly to adapt! EDIT feb 9, 2020- i started the summer shredding challenge and so far another six pounds down. i quit the two programs bc my life atm is too busy to keep up. it was also a bit to much, i realized that two hours of exercise is TOO much!

I actually feel sorry for her, because she is gorgeous on the before, yet she speaks of herself without confidence. I wish she would always look to improve herlsef but without the self criticism, cause girl is gorgeous either way, u gotta be sure of that.

Thank you!! Everyone's progress is gonna look different so don't compare your results to anyone else who does the challenges, you'll feel a lot better if you focus on how your strength changes and you mindset shifts! In regards to a diet, I didn't really diet, I just became more conscious of what I was eating because the program does drain you if you don't eat and drink properly. The only thing I changed in my diet was eating more carbs right before I worked out and drinking lots of water. My body started to crave healthier food as I worked out more because working out with junk food in my body feels super gross lol
keep goin' girl!! results take different times for everyone. it's best to focus on the mental changes you feel as you incorporate more workouts in your life and get stronger through the workouts!!
Lolol this video is motivating me to get up and hit the gym 😂 If you’re trying to find more free workouts online, I recommend Sydney Cummings! She literally posts a new workout every day, and her videos have helped me get in enough shape to feel confident enough to go to the gym. My fitness life literally started with her lolol the two downsides is that her videos tend to be a bit longer than Chloe’s vids so it might not fit ur already busy schedule, and most of her vids requires dumbbells. But hey it makes for a great push! I wish you the best in your fitness journey! My first day of Davis is next week, hopefully I’ll be able to say hi!
Hi guys...I'm doing the same program. Just here to encourage those who wish to start...YOU CAN DO THIS! It might be hard at first and trust me, during the workout you'll want to quit bcz I have those feelings often but, aim to be a better version of yourself. I read comments everyday and they are really motivating, watching this video also provides some support so....KEEP PUSHING GUYS....and thank you for the motivation.

Congratulations for your progress! You are amazing! I did 2 weeks shred challenge and actually I don’t see differences. So do you follow any diet or something like that?
Thank you!! Everyone's progress is gonna look different so don't compare your results to anyone else who does the challenges, you'll feel a lot better if you focus on how your strength changes and you mindset shifts! In regards to a diet, I didn't really diet, I just became more conscious of what I was eating because the program does drain you if you don't eat and drink properly. The only thing I changed in my diet was eating more carbs right before I worked out and drinking lots of water. My body started to crave healthier food as I worked out more because working out with junk food in my body feels super gross lol

keep goin' girl!! results take different times for everyone. it's best to focus on the mental changes you feel as you incorporate more workouts in your life and get stronger through the workouts!!

If you’re trying to find more free workouts online, I recommend Sydney Cummings! She literally posts a new workout every day, and her videos have helped me get in enough shape to feel confident enough to go to the gym. My fitness life literally started with her lolol the two downsides is that her videos tend to be a bit longer than Chloe’s vids so it might not fit ur already busy schedule, and most of her vids requires dumbbells. But hey it makes for a great push!

Hi guys...I'm doing the same program. Just here to encourage those who wish to start...YOU CAN DO THIS! It might be hard at first and trust me, during the workout you'll want to quit bcz I have those feelings often but, aim to be a better version of yourself. I read comments everyday and they are really motivating, watching this video also provides some support so....KEEP PUSHING GUYS....and thank you for the motivation.
