I've been using this helmet for 6 months now.. cant really complain. Its quieter, the pinlock anti fog really worlks. The only issue i had was the chin curtain.. too small and on the way of the mic. Heavy duty velcro did the trick on chin curtain.
Hi Cruiseman. I bought a Symax 3 last september. The only but I had with it was the length of the chinstrap, it's way too short. I sometimes have trouble securing the helmet (and yes, the double D). I'd been happy with it until last week when one of the black plastic pieces that hold the chinbar open broke. Obviously the chinbar will not stay up which is important to me. I haven't been able to locate a shop that will carry those as spare parts. Any knowledge on this? Thank you

I had a problem with the chinbar not staying up, but I was able to tighten the screws on the pivot bolt and that did the trick.
