Are you planning on a ranged gearing guide? Also, I think it would be interesting to know when you think these setups are comparable/better than high-level necro gear.
Yes, ranged is currently the style I'm least familiar with, so I'm taking a bit of time to make sure I know my rotations lol. Basically, ranged is the highest DPM basically everywhere, but requires significantly more effort/skill than the other styles.
Correct. 6% crit chance is worth more to you than the damage buff from tectonic, at least for the time being. I'm 99% sure tectonic is going to get a passive soon, so just be aware that it may better in the future.
I would say even if you don’t love the idea of switching yet don’t eof it 😝 really nice to have in physical form if you ever decide to learn 4taa which is where you do like gconc dbreath switch to do a 2h staff auto with another ability
If you ever get into 4-ticking, you'll want a physical fractured staff. It's also technically BiS even in a FSoA rotation since you should be 1-tick switching to staff and casting next ability after every gconc for optimal damage. I used to do that, but I CBA now.
I'm pretty sure you have to pay for that, so I don't have it. If it's free, it's definitely something I'll consider, though I'm not sure many people actually care.

Magic is very simple imo, by it's simplicity does come at a cost which is that you do literally nothing when you aren't in fsoa spec.
