The AK620 has really good thermal performance, with two fans and 6 large heat pipes it’s a solid cooling option, furthermore the PC has a total of 7 case fans running air through the build. We check temperatures in testing under full stress to make sure it isn’t an issue.
What makes the difference in cooling isn't the liquid, but the surface area, and those water blocks don't have shit for surface area, which makes them very inefficient for transferring heat away from the CPU.

you really have no idea what you're talking about. air cooling is all about case config and airflow, an air cooler can be set up to work just as if not more effectively than a 360ml aio. the issues people are having with cooling the 13900k is a motherboard issue where motherboard manufacturers are overclocking the cpu's in the bios resulting in thermal throttling and high temps. make sure to enforce all intel limits and you're all good. extremely marginal to no performance difference with better thermals and sound.
