just removed plates and screws a day ago from lapiplasty surgery. Had my first cuneiform and first metatarsal fused.
Really uncomfortable, my big toe joint don't fully dorsiflex and cannot plantar flex at all after lapiplasty. Hopefully things get better after my foot is healed from this hardware removal.

How long did it take for you to start wearing heels again? Is there a height limitation?

The title of your videos are really interesting, however, you could be more clear and straight to the point. Videos get too long and too much going around the bushes until we can get something useful. Edit, Edit, edit

About the comment you read out, I think you're a tad too judgemental. Maybe there were other medical reasons why the lady was advised against high impact activities? How was her bone density? Extent of injury? General medical condition?

@Prasanna HN well i had my ankle fracture in June . So roughly 2 and a half months . It was a tough time , but understand that till the time u have ur plaster on you have to rest and sleep and ensure u eat healthy food and follow ur doctors orders. After plaster is off then u can think about moving and getting on with life

@Prasanna HNhere try to understand ur injury and Don't freak out . understand bit by bit you get ur flexibility back. You can function and do daily activities after ur doctor says so but guessing 4weeks to 1 month till u start walking without support .. if you are asking about sports and running etc. It will take more than 3 months roughly

@Prasanna HN did u have a surgery or plaster to get better? And about physiotherapy i frankly didn't need it . My doctor said to walk daily and that was all a part of rehabilitation.and I'm doing just fine with it .

@Prasanna HN i Walking without any support there's a little lymping . But i can see the difference, hope the lymp will go away as I regain my strength.
