Thank you so very much for your thorough explanation of limping and the complete approach to improving. I was attacked in Dubai by a group of bad guys last December. They finished the attack by driving over my pelvis with a car which broke the left acetabulum away from the pelvic bone. I was bed-ridden 2 months and have been limping ever since. With your help, advice and encouragement I believe I can make a huge advancement now. Thank you again for the super-informative video. Jonathan

Very inspiring! Thank you so much.
I’ve always been such an upbeat, positive, active person and for the last 6 months I’ve experienced chronic pain in my back and hips. My day to day thought patterns have definitely shifted to being more negative and fearful which is not me and certainly not how I want to live my life! Today is the day to begin take my life back! I’m so happy I landed on your video. Thank you again for reminding me that only I have the power to let go of what isn’t serving me✨

You have really helped me alot since the very beginning..I met with an accident..I was sitting behind a friend on his bike and we banged the divider and I flew and fell on the road..the car behind me went to the right with a jerk or else it would have made my injuries worse..and I'm grateful to that..I fractured my left talus and had to undergo a surgery..I have 2 screws and today I have been told to put full weight..the thing is, I am not getting enough social support..I'm 19 and with this condition also answered all my exams by using a walker and going to the class...my parents blame me every single day that it was my fault because I sat behind that friend..and that I ruined my life..and etc..so basically it's all negativity behind me and I realized now that my posture of sitting these days was quite different than how I did before...and the fact that I feel low and don't feel like talking to anyone..so maybe this is happening for a reasoning..this is going to make me strong mentally and physically as well..so thank you

You got this, and yes you will learn a lot about this experience, and believe me is NOT YOUR FAULT, you will come out of this stronger, more appreciative of life, you could have die, but you didn’t, live and savor your life every minuto.

I was so surprised when you mentioned CRPS! I have CRPS on my arm/hand, but I suffered a knee and ankle injury weeks ago and I am tired of using crutches, but still have a limp! Thank you for the tips!

Just found this video. I have been limping for 5 years, stroke. However, I have progressed from a wheelchair to limping 5 miles a day. So, I shall try your advice.

The confidence part! I'm working on healing. What helped so much was just standing straight up and changing position, focusing on all the parts of my entire body, how it's all connected. I may need to do this every day until I'm healed and well from my injury

Same it’s day 2 of my injury and I’m afraid that if I’m still limping tomorrow I won’t be beautiful anymore and guys won’t be attracted to me anymore and also that I will hurt it again

Hello, doctor I have been unable to walk for one year and two months due to a femur fractures. I have done two operations, the first treatment was an implanting plate with screws and the second operation treatment was the removal of that plate and Substituting it by intramodullary nail and bone graft. I started walking with one crutche but when I remove it I limp and waddle a lot. What can you advise me?

I had a stroke in 2016. It was a year before I got any real therapy but because of the time lapse no therapist thought I’d recover. But I have except I’m about to start OT on my left hand but my left leg gait bothers me. I’m 36 and I’m very self conscious about dating. I know that’s superficial but I’d love to work w you and see if how determined mind like mine can use your technique. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I fractured my ankle 10 Dec 2021 and I got my boot off two weeks ago after 6 weeks in a boot. I can only afford to go to PT once a week and they keep telling me I should just be walking. I do exercises every single day I am seeing progress but the ankle is still so very sore and weak. The PT's are making me think that isn't normal. Is it normal?
