I would suggest that Matty saw the Chuck sandwich was about to be made and he decided to slip out from between the oiled buns
If you objectively watch his pant leg move from the stick contact AFTER the hook and can honestly tell me that doesn't take him off stride then sure, it's a dive... but I don't know. 🤔
