That's exciting, feel free to reach out. We specialize more in the buying and selling side of things but would be happy to point you in the right direction.
I lived in Clearwater years ago and plan on moving back this year. I lived in the Grand Reserve and loved it. Gated community with great amenities, safe, and centrally located right off Gulf to Bay. There are a few other complexes I could recommend but that would depend on your commute to work.
We are opposite. Lol. I am moving from Pasco to Clearwater. Way more jobs in Largo/Clearwater. But you will enjoy Pasco. Laid back area, especially New Port Richey area.
I'm looking to move to the Clearwater area, I've been looking at 55+ manufactured homes. What are the requirements and what do I need to do. 1st. Time home buyer.
Hey there! Feel free to reach out to me via email at info@livingintampafl.com and I'll get you connected with our lender who can explain the process to you!
Been here 8 years, Largo is nice (unique downtown shops), lived there 6 years, just moved to unicorp Clearwater. It's like being outside of town with less traffic and the convenience of everything a mile away. Belair Shores, IRB & Treasure Island are my go to for quite beach life. Safety Harbor is the best lil place on the Bay side.
I might be moving to Clearwater for a work opportunity but I would prefer to buy a house in Brandon how far do you think the commute would be if I work in Clearwater and live in Brandon?
I would suggest going on Google Maps and entering the times you will be commuting to and from work. It will help give you a general idea of commute times. Traffic from Brandon to Clearwater during those times can get congested. I think a good next step would be to setup a time to process any questions you have over a Zoom call. This way we can dedicate time to help you think through your situation in more detail.
What's attracting me to clearwater is accessibility and the beach. I'm an AK amputee and hear good things about that area. Trying to narrow it down yet.
Clearwater city has its beach area off Bayshore Blvd you must have forgotten so yes it’s also both city and beach town besides the island of Clearwater Beach
I moved to Clearwater Beach 3 years ago and I love the city and this state. I would recommend it 1000000%.
That makes me Happy! Glad you love it Mark!
We’re considering Clearwater, as far as public school goes with one is better St. Petersburg or Clearwater or Dunedin?
For those three areas, Dunedin is going to have the best elementary school, Clearwater for Middle School, and St. Pete for High school.
Reasonable proximity to the beach and Tampa and St Petersburg is what attracted me to Clearwater.
Relocating to Clearwater for work. Need a 2 bed 2 bath apartment ASAP

Driving to clearwater as we speak. Be there June 8th. Need to find a place. Thanks for the video
Expensive and low inventory
National aviation academy is why I need to move to the area

Is Dunedin a good place to raise children
Absolutely, it has a nice small town feel for how densely populated the whole county is.
