I am defiantly going to rent for the 1st year to be sure to explore all options and see what happens to the economy/housing market. Thanks again!

Inflation is highest its ever been in decades!! cheapest dumpster 1br flat apartment will start at $1200 monthly if you can even find one in the ghetto!! Slums, terrible neighborhoods, constant loud parties and people! relentless rent increases with no cap!! It's murder.
Inflation is brutal everywhere. I did run the numbers again today though. If you’re moving here as a family of 4, you’ll need about $140k to buy a home at todays 7% interest rates.
