At least those folks have the good manners to leave and not spend their time trying to change ID into where they came from.
I do agree. You can either embrace where you move or move onto a place where you feel more comfortable.

Another factor that needs to be emphasized is that Idaho winters are not California winters. Twice as cold and last nearly seven months. People visit Idaho durring the summer and fall in love with it not realizing that that same place in winter is a different planet.
Some parts of Idaho do have longer winters. Here in Boise, you can plan for winter to last November through February but you won’t have snow that whole time!
I would have stayed in Idaho but the pay was so bad that I had to work 80 hours a week for 4 years and live in a very bad rental.
That is no way to live ☹️
I'm hoping that if I take a job in Lewiston for 80k salary that will be enough to live decent. Wife will find a job too, so if we broke 100k combined salary maybe it will be alright. 2 kids also
We love raising our kids in Idaho. Just good wholesome people.
Our family loves it too! For the same reason. 😁
The mass emigration of Kali folks drove housing through the roof in Portland and Seattle, back in the 90s. It's likely the same in Idaho. People selling their grossly overpriced Kali shacks and dropping cash for nice homes elsewhere, ruins things.
CA does account for large migration into Idaho. Are you in Oregon or Washington then?
What’s happening to Idaho happened to California in the 70s and 80s (and all the way up to today) they came from all over the country and world, “Welcome to California, now go home” was a very popular bumper sticker and mantra
So no matter the state… it’s hard to experience a large influx of people from other places. Growing pains
@@EricaToffel It’s worse when they come without resources with their hands out
@@coastalhillbilly3419I came with substantial assets, after the behavior of Idahoian's act I quit hiring them for business.
People don't go back to CA once they move out. It's incorrect!
I have met only a few 🤣
Click bait. Music has stopped. Party's over. RE market descending. Bad economy. Agents now making vids for a Google paycheck.
@@jeffkramer6034 Not sure what your Google paychecks look like, but I’m not quitting my day job. Is RE market ACTUALLY descending where you are?
Because California is the best place on earth
@@carlosvillegas6113 for some maybe???
Yep. Everyone needs to stay there
🤣
Yes indeed 😊
Not with demorats bleeding everyone's taxpayers' money.
A friend and her husband lived in Idaho for about 15 years, and loved it; but as they got a little older, and their medical needs increased, they found that the medical options in their area, to be limited so they moved to another state, specifically with medical availability in mind. That being said, they enjoyed their time in Idaho tremendously, and have many friends there.
Smaller the state, less access to highly specialized medicine. But health always comes first!!
Anyone who spent years living inCalifornia does not call it Cali!
@@lindadunlap4281 yeah, I don’t think I’ve ever called it Cali. 🤣
60 years living in cali. And yes, we do. Where you from transplanter. lOl
@@ifihadsmesumchicken6276 do you think people from Vegas or Las Vegas have same debates? 🤣
I WAS from Kalifornia and weather for those snowflake is a big factor. If you are not conservative, please do not move to a state that is not woke, knows what a woman is, and where you can conceal carry even without a permit (in most places). The problems you see in dem states are caused or supported by woke folk who think they are educated and enlightened, but cannot see the obvious damage they have and are causing.
Weather in Boise is so mild but it can be a driving force for those who move back.
No one is gonna miss ya
Interesting!
The better for Idaho, keep Idaho Idaho
This is definitely a popular opinion
LEFT BECAUSE THEY DON'T BELONG HERE...
@@terrelmchenry9524 I guess they felt that way too.
So glad they are leaving although I don't know anyone that is and I have been here since 79.......yes, that's 1979........from cali....so were glad they are leaving because the traffic is unbearable
Idaho transportation is definitely reactive. We need more road infrastructure in order to keep up with our growing population.
You're so gullible 😅
@@corywalker9498 🤔
Sorry...people are NOT coming back to the loser state of Cali!!!!
Some are heading to Colorado and Texas.
Trump signs
Idaho does trend conservative.
They are effective Democrat repellent.
@@jjman533 it might be?
