How to capture video and photos on a kayak!

Information overload! I know, it's a lot of things to consider, but if I'm working on a video that many people should find useful, I want to include every important detail I can think of. Taking photos and shooting videos while kayaking isn't that complicated. All you need is a camera and a long stick, which could even be your paddle!
