I think that people forget that showing things does not necessarily mean that someone supports this thing. It is so important to record and bring to light different world views -even ones that people may objectively see as wrong or damaging. Knowledge of the good AND the bad is so important.
I obviously don’t know him, but I think that Jacob goes out of his way to keep his channel as an accepting and safe space, while also presenting his adventures in a way that supports us to come to our own conclusions/form our own opinions. You can see this in how many different people from different walks of life have enjoyed this video.
Really though… watching this, I see a guy just having fun and looking at the artistry/experience, I wouldn’t read any more into it than needed.

One could argue paying money to visit at all is a form of support, But knowing what kinds of places and events Jacob goes to, he is there to observe the freak show.
You are simply following the "-eum" rule. It's a museum. You check it out. You show us what's in there. Like you have said before, every Museum has at least something interesting to see or learn about. Regardless of subject matter, it has some neat displays and the dinos were super cool.

Jacob, thanks for providing a different point of view. It is okay to agree to disagree. You provide an unbiased platform which is why I like your channel so much. You put it out there and let people make their own conclusions. While I don't subscribe to creationism, I can still listen to other views. That is what we need today. More tolerance and trying to keep an open mind to what others around us think. Above all, respect and tolerance. Thank you.

@@kitpelican2 I'm talking about beliefs. I'm a science man myself, but even with that I know that science yields new discoveries all the time which can render certain "facts" obsolete. It's the nature of science. Man has the right to think his own thoughts and have his own beliefs whether it is in science, religion and/or faith. You can not force another to think the way you do.
Would I vote against creationism being taught in public schools. Yes, I would, but if a religious private school wanted to teach it, I wouldn't object. I'd disagree with it, but I wouldn't demand they change to match my own belief system.

No, that was NEVER a fact, it was what they told people. Facts are proven and backed up by evidence.
well, you CAN actually. You can force them to think that the World is round, we breath oxygen, evolution is real, dinosaurs didn’t live the same time as man, the Earth revolves around the Sun, etc., etc., etc. Murder is wrong, humans are not other people’s property, all those and many other things are things we force people to accept. It’s how a society exists. If everyone was just allowed to believe what they want we’d have anarchy and total and complete chaos. If everyone believed something different things would never get done.
As a Christian myself, I would just like to say that not all of us subscribe to this, and about 95% is not mainstream Christianity.

So sad, the fighting between scientists and religious people has gone more far than it needs to. Us humans need to know the answer to everything and have a story to explain everything. As a Christian who loves and study Biology, I don't see how both can be correct. Yes, they contradict each other but they also share similarities. This museum tries to connect these dots and point out their similar. Science explains the how while religious explain the why .
why tho? Lot of these typical youtubers, that explore or vlog random poophole conservative countries that trump calls them.. tend to lean prety conservatively and their viewers; you won't get much "criticism" on here anyway unless hes support suspicious sponsors .. Sadly im subscribed to their majority. I havent really come across any "fun" left leaning explorers.
Sure I can make a typical trollish remark against religion; like the large majority that worship trumpesus like zombies...as their lard and savior; if this doesnt show how fake and horrible their religion is.. I don't know what is. True socialist christians of the past wouldnt support this behavior or people who use youtube/technology or support government politics, you would need to live the "amish" lifestyle. I usually refer to christians today as "fake"; theres nothing remotely christian about them, the nixon/reagan era of "corporatism/feudalism" ruined their beliefs, to what we have today; I kinda just laugh when people start a conservation, "im a good christian"... I don't think the jesus today would be accepted.. as he would be a flaming leftist socialist brown guy preaching socialist values..prety sure they ship him back to mexico.

My Christian High school did teach evolution in biology class, which I thought at the time was pretty cool.
When I was a Christian I didn't believe that creation and evolution were mutually exclusive. Why wouldn't God create a system that could evolve on its own as needed? Left Christianity when I was 26 @ 68 I consider myself an eclectic seeker.

One of the saddest things about the Creation Museum is that the Allosaurus skeleton is one of the best preserved specimens of it's species, and it's stuck in a "museum" that just peddles pseudoscience

@@SlashXIV I think the guy who’s land they found it on donated it to the creation museum. Fossil laws are weird in the US and I’m pretty sure they’re treated as mineral rights and whosever land it’s found on has the rights to basically do whatever they want with it

Jacob I recommend you visiting the Ringling museum in Sarasota Florida they are opening a new Circus exhibit on April 6th called The Greatest Show On Earth Gallery the new exhibit is about the more modern history of the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus starting the 60's when the Feld family bought the Circus from the Ringling family all through today.
I second this recommendation. The Ringling grounds are really pretty and right on the water. Very photogenic!

There's a photo of those cowboys and the dino they took down in Tombstone in 1890. People say it's fake but some swear over generations it's real. Def worth a look!
