We waited in line last year in the exact same spot. Got in line at like 8:15 and it was noon when we got to meet Grinch
Then the next day we walked in the passholder lounge and the Grinch was just there with like 3 people waiting. Awesome surprise !

I met the Grinch two years ago during the virtual queue they were testing that year. I was disappointed. I was in and out in less than a minute. Didn't feel like waking up early every day to try to get a virtual spot all week was worth it. Didn't even bother last year. This makes me want to try on my trip in two weeks.
