I've seen some of your videos. It's definitely frustrating my guy, I've been there. Try changing your strategy, focus on the 20% of UA-cam that actually matter: honing in on a trend, packaging the video in a clickable way, start with a hook that grabs the attention of the viewer. Spend some good hours writing a script, make a list of your 6 best ideas, and just deliver straight value. Do a bit of editing, maybe film some B-roll, make your A-roll somewhat aesthetic with lights, background colours. Capture good audio. Look into the camera and bring a good energy. You are already good at being yourself on camera, so you're already halfway there. Also you're super consistent and clearly dedicated to it. I think it's just a case of being focussed on the right things. UA-cam is a craft, same with learning an instrument, or becoming a painter, you have to learn and practice the right techniques, and it takes years. I only just reached 1k subs, after 337 videos and 7 years. Keep improving, learning new ideas and implementing them in each new upload. I hope some of this helps, just things I've learned.
