POLST Policy and Innovations Related to COVID-19

Recommended viewing at 1.25 speed.--The Oregon POLST Program developed this video to share some of the valuable innovations in POLST policy, procedure, and education taking place across the state of Oregon during the COVID-19 pandemic. Health systems and other organizations shared these innovations in a collaborative effort to optimize advance care planning and POLST use in response to COVID-19.
Oregon, as the Founding POLST Program, has a quarter century of experience with quality improvement and POLST innovation. We welcome others to share and adopt innovations mentioned in this video that they find useful.
