The interior of this car is just stunning.
Get the audi rs3 it looks better, it has a 5 cylinder so it sounds just like the r8 and it's faster than the A45
Deniz Egilmez I don't really get the link between a 5-cylinder engine and a r8 sound...
People just consider it a half V10 due to it being an inline-5. They often can sound like a V10 at high revs :D

A45 destroys the rs3 on track and in a straight line the rs3 wins by milliseconds something that we won't see on roads. 9 seconds difference on the nurburgring times.

really good video!! i just ordered an audi rs3 sportback in Spain and im always watching your videos and i think that yes of course is a good replace for your a 45 because like you say is for a daily drive so i think that is a good choice!! the idea that you tried is with the extra of magnetic supension? i would like to know what you think about the suspension audi magnetic drive , finally what are you gonna do??
I have an RS3 8p and it still gives me goosebumps each time I drive it through twisty roads. One of the best decisions you can do.

I wasn’t expecting you to give this verdict over the A45. I think the Audi Sport line up is great and worth getting into for a daily and supercar lineup. I adore my 2016 TTRS the sound of the exhaust always puts a smile on my face

Hey Archie, it was a real surprise to see you on the road to Burnham yesterday afternoon and no not all your viewers are 18. The R8 look awesome, you were half way round the 10 bends which is famous with bikers who flood to Burnham on Sundays just to do the 10 bends a few times, have a look at them on Google Earth. Keep up the great videos.

Audi over Mercedes forever. The RS3 is SO MUCH classier. And, it matches the R8. Personally, I'm not a fan of Mercedes at all, unless we're talking like 80s and older.

I specced an RS3 yesterday almost identical to the one you drove but without the design package, roof rails, ceramic brakes, limiter removal and bang & olufsen, it ended up at 50k. That's not bad at all I think.

Luqman Rustam the rs6 is a great family car, even if you don't have a family you can put friends in the back and there's plenty of boot space. Anyways, why would somebody pay £60,000 for a hatchback

. . I had the last RS3 2015 version and sold it after 6 months for an RS6 . . mainly due to the fact I secretly heard that a saloon was coming out and it was the optimum time as people were still clamoring for the last one . . and this is a biggy . . because the gearbox in my RS3 had issues which in the end failed . . interested to note that the gearbox is new one as is the 400BHP engine . . saloon for me now as I loved my RS4 saloon . .
I'd wait for the new A45 next year...

Wrap it with subtle things just to me it stand out a bit more and give it more presence. E.g. breaks, tail lights, spoiler, bumpers

To each its own I guess but why would you choose concrete/cement colour [aka Nardo grey] in a car?
That price can be brought down a fair bit. Don't need carbon ceramic brakes for a daily driver and the sports exhaust isn't necessary if you're going to change it anyway.

Maybe naked. But you have to add the nav system for 2.5k € that's a must have with the new Audis. Also I prefer the full leather interior, not the fake Alcantara plastic leather. At least you have to add 5k € to a stock Audi or you can buy something else.
The base price for the Sportback is £44,300 and the Limousine is £45,250 which with a good spec is about £60k
I love Audi's so much so obviously I would want you to get the RS3 but I defiantly think you should get it because you really want too. Amazing video as usual!!! xx

What I drive doesn't change the fact every single review going says the RS3 feels blunt and understeers... but is really fast - They are probably great for the road, but would top the class easily if they could fix up the handling a little.
Totally take your point - although all the reviewers say the S3 doesn't suffer from the same issues....... due to lower weight in the front. I had a Volvo T5 and even highly modified... you could feel the weight in the front vs a 4cyl
The new RS3 doesn't understeer as the engine weighs 26kg lighter over pre facelift. Also Audi have adjusted the camber settings on the suspension aswell as updating the software on the haldex 4-wheel drive system and updating the hydraulic pump that engages the rear axle faster as soon as you start to turn the steering wheel, this all aides according to the reviews a neutral handing car. The RS3 finally has a chassis that lives up to the engine. Thing people still think without researching that the new RS3 understeers like the old which it doesn't.
Keep the A45 AMG it's a much more fun aggressive looking car.

Ravi i know mercedes should have done more but still the rs3 came out after the facelift of the a45 so everyone knew that it would be faster, all im saying is wait for the new a45 because that is when mercedes really do a big deal of the a45

As a rs3 owner please take my advice, don't replace it with the rs3 .. RS3 like the 8V (like the model in your video) they got some brake issues.. the cooling is a problem. just got mine at the dealer for another set of brakes --' it's the 3rd set in 15k km's. Would prefer to stay at the a45 amg .. the gearshifting is amazing, but after a 5k km's i had problems with the brakes. But it's your money, so it's your choice :-)
The sound of the baby V10 is beautiful.
The Best choice for daily, choose the most important things eg. Matrix led, virtual cocpit, bang&olufsen and saved money spend on ecu tune, removing speed limiter and proper steal breaks instead of ceramic which is in my opinion useless in daily for track you have r8.

Buy it :) I absolutely love my RS3 Sports back in Cataluna Red. Have all the options and the sound is just music. Love the 5 cyclinder. I get alot of people comment on how nice it is all the time and it's a bit of a sleeper unless you recognise the RS badge...hahaha. The pops and bangs on down shift is biblical :)

6:28 Engine start button on the center console is nice, but would be a lot nicer on the steering wheel like in the TTRS - I think you can order this as a special request option -
