Millionaires don't hang out with robbers. That's the physical version. The spiritual version is that self confident people, do not hang out with the insecure. Most women have envious hearts, but a lot of older women in particular are just mean and envious toward younger women. It's ridiculous like girl go heal already. In my 20s and 30s, I experienced nastiness from them smh. Now that I am in my earlier 40s, I pay attention to how I treat younger women. I refuse to be hateful and mean.

Same my sister extended an olive branch all to treat me terribly for an entire year. Now I don't speak to her unless she speaks to me and if she makes one sentence I'll respond with one sentence sometimes I don't even respond at all. She has to reflect on why my communication has fallen back. She acted like she was the prize over me and did so many mean and ugly things to the point I had to write about it in my Bible.

Someone asked me where my dress was from & I told them (the designer brand) and they immediately made a snarky comment. I told someone of a huge goal I’d achieved & their words expressed excitement for me but their body language & face gave away their true feelings.

I think this may have clarified why I can't seem to fully trust my mom, and even my dad. It feels arrogant to assume others are jealous. But I have noticed that there seems to be invisible parameters where my mom is concerned. I can be financially successful. I can be smart. I can be creative. But I cannot be beautifu, especially not sexy. And I cannnot be in a relationship with a man. Basically, I must deny my womanhood to coexist with her. It's the feeling of being kept in an invisible prison.
I dont deal with such spirits. I rebuke them and build boundaries, eventually those boundaries reveal who the wicked are, -they’ll get triggered that you don’t react, respond, or allow access.

Up until 2020 I had a very small circle of old friends that I brought her in to, and we called each other family. Shortly after the untimely deaths of 2 friends made my circle non-existent. It was pretty much just us left, and my so called 'Ride or Die' bestie was in secret competition and failed to reveal this to me. Ghosted her and haven't looked back, and the fact she hasn't reached out is all the confirmation I needed. I appreciate her for teaching me such a tough lesson but will never link up again, I'd rather be friendless.

I am over 40 and this madness happened to me when I was very young and back then we did not discuss these things the way we do now, however one thing that I can say about me ( not to be arrogant or puffed up) I have been working on getting my light back...or I never truly lost it, well at any rate I love seeing young ladies GLOW. Never have I ever tried to destroy a young ladies or any womans light just because a lot of messed up jealousy based BS has happened to me, I feel very blessed because of it. I had this situation and did not see it at first. My mother, auntie, and friends, ALL told me about my coworker who behaved like your coworker. Did I listen? No, because I could not see it. After some nasty exchanges with the coworker that diminished my light and lost my peace, I see it so clearly now. 👀. Been avoiding this person like the plague now. Thanks for this video! A former coworker wanted to be my friend & at first we were cool but I had to back off a bit because she had shown herself to be evil & nasty. The way she treated those that are supposed to be her “friends” is callous which just showed me that she’d do the same to me! When I told her about my romantic relationship with another worker she showed her true colors she went off on him about us dating and broke me and him up and put inappropriate rumors about us in the job and had the nerve to lie in my face making it seem like she didn’t do it and he was the one starting things and she blamed me for dating him . She was saying she confronted him because he cared about me and She went back and told him everything I said because I wouldn’t defend her because he got on her about the rumor . She was trying to manipulate me back into the friendship and I wasn’t going for it and was harassing me and wanted to stoop to my level . It’s sad because my romantic relationship cause her to act like that i thought that lady cared about me and wanted the best for me . Jealousy is real .

A middle aged (40s or so) black woman from SA did this to me at work. Tried sabotaging, lying and teaching me-worst part is she was my trainer and mentor. Why is her race important? Bc she’s clearly a gorgeous light skin lady who had fire back in the day as well and was a shining light, and she saw me after her light was dimmed, I was another light skin beauty at work trying my best. I reminded her of her and she tried to dim my light.

This video was personal for me. My own biological sister is sadly the person that's jealous of me. And I'm typically the last person to call anyone jealous. Over the years she would compare herself to me and make shady comments but I always made excuses like ,"Maybe she didn't mean it that way" etc. Other people tried to tell me she was toxic, jealous and to cut her off, but dim-witted me ignored them. Long story short, earlier this year she started a HUGE fight with me and went through my phone when I slept to message my contacts lies and start fake rumors about me. She said the nastiest things about me to my face. I was shocked because this was the most horrible she had been to me in all the years of shade throwing. It's sad but it took this blow to wake me the f up. Needless to say, I finally took everyone's advice and cut off that toxic b*tch. I moved out and am enjoying a happier life, and she's living lonely, still moaning and groaning about not having friends. I don't feel like shes 'gonna eventually get' her karma because I can see her miserable a** was already receiving it all these years. Happy people don't act like that 🤷♀️

As a woman in my 40's I would say a couple of things...Jealousy is dangerous, but as a rule of thumb if someone is giving you advice that you don't aspire to be like them...always take it with a grain of salt...Sometimes older women are trying to give you game but sometimes they are not...I would say be soft enough to take the valuable parts, and leave the rest behind. Your 20s are for expression, just don't let no one degrade you or worse degrade yourself...but enjoy your youth
Please, this jealousy or envy of a thing is not only an older women thing. It cuts across all ages. You'd be surprised at how insidious and calculating some young people can be. I have had both older and younger women be mean to me or only be nice for strategic frendship to extract value. Just appreciate good people and ignore horrible ones. The woman is a church woman? Ok now it makes a lot of sense. We know some church women believe in dressing modest. They think the dressing up and wearing make up is being vain and superficial. She may not be jealous. She just may have a different mind frame. Some women are like that. You on the other hand have a different way of presenting yourself. Neither is wrong. I think the problem comes when one imposes their beliefs on the other. You may need to set some boundaries with her eventually.
Sound like you playing both sides. If she go to church and filled with the Holy Spirit she should know that thy shall not judge. Older women have also been through different phases and can see through the insecurities and trying too hard to be perceived as beautiful. A lot of women who think they are making women jealous don't realize how people actually see them. Just because people are looking at you doesn't mean anything particular. But of course, there are jealous women or women who don't like the jezebel hungry spirit trying to vampirize energy from their husband or sons, etc. Which can also be influenced by whatever inner issues the woman may have. If no issues, she will trust the Lord to let her husband and sons see through the superficiality of women who try too hard.
This is a character flaw you can forgive but not forget so that if you are in a position where you literally can't cut someone off, then you now know how to move around such person.

It was hard for me to A) recognize jealousy from people I thought were my friends - and even my own mother, and B) accepting it qs reality. It didn't occur to me that they would make snarky comments or try to sabotage me due to their inner insecurities. Back then I couldn't even fathom of something that seemed so ridiculous because....why would they feel that way .. towards ME? It took a lot of experiences for the truth to finally sink in. Now I know better.

I had this situation and did not see it at first. My mother, auntie, and friends, ALL told me about my coworker who behaved like your coworker. Did I listen? No, because I could not see it. After some nasty exchanges with the coworker that diminished my light and lost my peace, I see it so clearly now. 👀. Been avoiding this person like the plague now.

A former coworker wanted to be my friend & at first we were cool but I had to back off a bit because she had shown herself to be evil & nasty. The way she treated those that are supposed to be her “friends” is callous which just showed me that she’d do the same to me! She seemed to be so close to people but then would tell me how she didn’t really care for them which means she’s fake! I started to feel physically uncomfortable around her & that was my spirit telling me to stay away from her!

I worked with a nasty co worker the lady had a daughter my age and the lady in her 50s . When I told her about my romantic relationship with another worker she showed her true colors she went off on him about us dating and broke me and him up and put inappropriate rumors about us in the job and had the nerve to lie in my face making it seem like she didn’t do it and he was the one starting things and she blamed me for dating him . She was saying she confronted him because he cared about me and She went back and told him everything I said because I wouldn’t defend her because he got on her about the rumor . She was trying to manipulate me back into the friendship and I wasn’t going for it and was harassing me and wanted to stoop to my level . It’s sad because my romantic relationship cause her to act like that i thought that lady cared about me and wanted the best for me . Jealousy is real .

I whole heartedly recommend calling her church and speaking to the leader about her behavior. Bc she’s clearly a gorgeous light skin lady who had fire back in the day as well and was a shining light, and she saw me after her light was dimmed, I was another light skin beauty at work trying my best. This video was personal for me. My own biological sister is sadly the person that's jealous of me. And I'm typically the last person to call anyone jealous. Over the years she would compare herself to me and make shady comments but I always made excuses like ,"Maybe she didn't mean it that way" etc. Other people tried to tell me she was toxic, jealous and to cut her off, but dim-witted me ignored them.
Long story short, earlier this year she started a HUGE fight with me and went through my phone when I slept to message my contacts lies and start fake rumors about me. She said the nastiest things about me to my face. I was shocked because this was the most horrible she had been to me in all the years of shade throwing. It's sad but it took this blow to wake me the f up. Needless to say, I finally took everyone's advice and cut off that toxic b*tch. I moved out and am enjoying a happier life, and she's living lonely, still moaning and groaning about not having friends.
I don't feel like shes 'gonna eventually get' her karma because I can see her miserable a** was already receiving it all these years. Happy people don't act like that 🤷♀️

As a woman in my 40's I would say a couple of things...Jealousy is dangerous, but as a rule of thumb if someone is giving you advice that you don't aspire to be like them...always take it with a grain of salt...Sometimes older women are trying to give you game but sometimes they are not...I would say be soft enough to take the valuable parts, and leave the rest behind. Your 20s are for expression, just don't let no one degrade you or worse degrade yourself...but enjoy your youth

Please, this jealousy or envy of a thing is not only an older women thing. It cuts across all ages. You'd be surprised at how insidious and calculating some young people can be. I have had both older and younger women be mean to me or only be nice for strategic frendship to extract value.

The woman is a church woman? Ok now it makes a lot of sense. We know some church women believe in dressing modest. They think the dressing up and wearing make up is being vain and superficial. She may not be jealous. She just may have a different mind frame. Some women are like that. You on the other hand have a different way of presenting yourself. Neither is wrong. I think the problem comes when one imposes their beliefs on the other. You may need to set some boundaries with her eventually.

Older women have also been through different phases and can see through the insecurities and trying too hard to be perceived as beautiful. A lot of women who think they are making women jealous don't realize how people actually see them. Just because people are looking at you doesn't mean anything particular. But of course, there are jealous women or women who don't like the jezebel hungry spirit trying to vampirize energy from their husband or sons, etc. Which can also be influenced by whatever inner issues the woman may have. If no issues, she will trust the Lord to let her husband and sons see through the superficiality of women who try too hard.
This is a character flaw you can forgive but not forget so that if you are in a position where you literally can't cut someone off, then you now know how to move around such person.
