Top comment right there. I was once stuck with healing bolts and concentrated spells, unable to heal myself. Found me a master of returning, healed to full.
1:42 Regarding that vampirism perk, you can fill up flasks with blood and simple drink them by clicking on them in the inventory, which is much more time effective than slurping it from the ground.
It also works for eat your vegetables, since blood fills you up, along with worm blood, meat, and porridge/pea soup. Won't work with vegetables and vampirism combined though, since vampirism removes fulfillment for blood.
Found healthium for the first time in one of my playthroughs. It enabled me to start a god run. Protip: create a thin concave platform that can hold liquid. Make it just thin enough that you can clip your head through the bottom of the platform but not too thin where it will leak. I used a plasma cutter and would dig at a shallow angle into rock and the holy mountain brickwork. Then, pour your healthium into the concave area that you just made. Then, push your head through the bottom of the platform. Bam, instant and permanent healthium pool. Experiment using water if you don't want to waste it! Just look for the stain effect on the right.
Since you missed this: the healing drones will heal you if you have the Plague Rats perk. This is caused by the fact that it changes your species identification partially to a monster/creature, so they identify you as a heal target.
An easy way to make healer hiisi heal you is to find a stationary turret enemy in hiisi base and kick it when it faces away from you. A nearby healer hiisi will attempt to heal the turret, so simply stand between them to receive the heal instead. The turrets can't move or turn around, so they are the perfect bait, therefore never kill them if you don't need to.
An important thing to note about Wand Experimenter is that you *can* remove spells from the wands and it will still fire, you just can't add any or reorder them. Basically, any time a spell is slotted in anywhere on that wand, it's modified. This means you can take off dangerous Spells such as those pesky "End of Everything" wands that are just everywhere.
Regarding Helthium, you don't want to drink it from the potion! It is so potent that just a couple drops will fully heal you, but right-clicking the potion drinks 10% of the bottle. Instead, spray a couple drops onto the ground and then drink it with down-arrow. Edit: Maybe I'm thinking of Lively Concoction. Not sure, I get both so rarely, lol.
this is very late but yes, you're thinking of lively concoction. healthium heals 1hp per pixel touched, but gives 7.5s of 10%/s regen when drunk. lively concoction will *stain* you, instead of being consumed on touch. you will continue to regen health while stained and the stain works like all other stains. it will degrade with movement and other stains
@@h3ctic504a flask holds 1000 pixels worth of liquid, 10 per 1%. That’s 100hp worth of healing per 10% for healthium if you dumped it out which confirms it’s almost always better to drink it

yeah, i think you got them mixed up! lively concoction only needs one well-placed pixel and a safe place to stand still in order to fully heal. so, technically, if you're really good at aiming, lively concoction has 1000 full heals in each bottle!
Update(beta branch): Dont fungal shift your healthium/lively concoction!! Instead use the new Morphium spell that turns into whatever liquid it touches to make infinite amounts of heal. Its less risky
I once had a lively concotion recipe that was water+blood+gold, and I only found it after I killed an enemy above a pool of water with gold at the bottom of it because I bombed the area before. Then suddenly, lively concoction at the bottom of this hole. It was a fun run and since I had basically infinite healing an easy win
Extra tip: both the Torch and Electric Torch spell can be used to see in the Dark Cave, although their light is less potent than other methods. (By the way, DO NOT use the Electric Torch without Electricity Immunity while in the water of the Dark Cave, I recommend draining it first by using an explosive on the bottom corner on a thin wall.)
I found healthium at the enterance to the vault. I still have that seed saved somewhere if you wanna try? I shifted the poison/toxic family into healthium, turned the jungle poison guys into hyper healers and all the poison plants into health pods.
"You don't want to waste that luck by simply drinking all the healthium" No, that's not wasting luck. Wasting luck would be finding healthium in Mines, then dying in the lava lake because you didn't notice that one part of the rock was melted by lava, and you were on 2 hp.
Oof, that's gotta sting. I died a similar way but it was in the snowy depths. I just finished a run today where I put water trail on the chaingun and just soaked the entire underworld.
A new healing method appeared recently: using masters of vulneravility and curses of weakness to change the amount of damage you take from a source permanently
In regards to using the hiisi healers you can also bring a non-pheromoned healer next to one of the stationary turrets that are aiming either left or right, hurt it a bit, then stand next to it so the healer hits you instead of the turret
You can also use a toxic cloud with charm on toxim enemies modifier to easily charm hiisi healers. I usualy try to put it on some spell with activation trigger so cloud spawns at range and doesn't stain me, but if you are immune to toxic it won't be problem at all And also there is an torch static spell that often can be found on first two bioms, it will allow you to see in dark cave, althouth in a pretty small radius
Chaos dice have a chance to cast circle of vigour too but to be real almost all of these healing sources are a meme, the only real ones are an infinite healing bolt with piercing and circle of vigour
Didn't know that about the Chaos Dice. That has a greater chance of hurting you anyway though lol. You're right about a lot being memes, though some of them can really be lifesavers - Jay
New way to heal: Weakening curse exploit, give yourself 125% resistance to something or more and get healed from nukes among other things. There's videos on that on youtube already
Really well made video, thanks for the tips. Though, I think it would've looked a bit better if you put footage matching the healing method you're describing.
I watched the video then went off to do another run. Blew my mind when I not only stumbled across a potion of healthium on the first floor but I also then managed to fungal shift it to diffuse from Jaatio skulls. So now my frost caves are covered in more healthium then I could carry in 3 bottles and still leave one for water. Guess will see where this run goes!
In one of the new updates the Deadly Heal spell was introduced. This spell deals 30 dmg and than acts as a COV as I notices, although it has to be shot like a regular healing bolt. Addig 2 piercing shots to it negated the 30 dmg and maybe heals you more, although i am not quite sure about the later part. More experiments are needed
A new method to heal is to use touch of grass onto some urine, it will create healing gas. You can easily get both, "touch of gold?" (urine) and touch of grass in the new update. Edit: other way around, transform the grass created by touch of grass (not any grass) and transform it into urine
That's rough, I've seen that happen a few times. There are several areas around the world that still have a chance of having those. The Overgrown Cavern has a crazy amount of wands, and might have the spells you need (I won't spoil its location). If you've found luminous drills or ground to sand, those can be used to dig until you get black holes
Best place to find black holes if you cant find any in the main game zones is the mushroom caverns below the desert to the right side of the pyramid. There are so many wands in that area you can usually find one. (Same goes for other rarer spells you may be hunting, I usually go there hunting down heavy shots) Also if you are super desperate you can still dig through cursed rock between parallel words with luminous drills or the plasma digging beams, just make sure you have enough ambrosia.. XD
It's annoying but the game lets you wiggle free, it might take a little bit of faffing about to do it but it does a pretty good job of preventing you from actually getting stuck stuck.
There's also a mod called "remove stray pixels" it basically makes your character have the matter eater effect that some bosses do, but only for small pixels.
I saw healthium once. The flask popped so I had to scrape it off the ground :)))) It was early into my noita playtime. So. I just sorta drank it as needed and died to something I shouldn't have.
I just save my game with a script, like a souls game. A loser way to play, sure. But I'm a college student with less than 3 hours I can do anything other than studying.
I’ve actually come up with a really good method of avoiding healing all together. All you have to do is enter a game and encounter an enemy, if that enemy shoots at you and you don’t get hit, your health won’t even go down!
Another method is to drop a wand with Healing Bolt into a pool of Pheromone, it will come to life, hit it with a weak spell and it will proceed to shoot you with Healing Bolt. You can kill the wand after and take it with you. It has 37.5 HP, I believe.
I've never seen any of these things beside the kami which I wasted because I didn't know what it is. This game is brutal. 30 hours in I still never won once.
@@CuboldGaming if you put 2 boomerang spells, piercing shot, and an extend lifetime modifier, you have an infinite, constantly following healing bolt. This also gets you the “the gods are impressed” achievement
