So many more to check out. Come Along, Can't Hold Us, Amazing Grace, Be My Eyes, Love Me When I Don't, Happy Now, Coffee in Bed, Sing and one I just heard Once Upon a December. Then Mary Did You Know. Oh gosh... SuperFruit (Mitch and Scott and sometimes Kirstin) The Promise, Frozen Medley and Defying Gravity, Guy Exe. So many, many songs left.
I loved this video too. Im a huge Pentaholic and i've just checked your playlist but can't see that u have reacted to the 90's medley ,can't u feel the love tonight ,or amazing grace yet ,u will love all of them 🇬🇧👍
Great reaction to a great early video. I’m going to put my vote in for “The Wizard of Ahhhs” a collaboration they did with Todrick Hall. It is amazing!! Otherwise: “Happy Now”for an original song. Covers:”Come Along” or “Can You Feel the Love Tonight”
@@karehelene I believe that one is with Superfruit (with Kirstie added to Scott & Mitch), But is still pretty good. Toddrick knows how to put on a show!
When a group can make your face hurt like that, you know they're something special. Yeah. They're that good. Looking forward to you reacting to some of their original songs. I mean the -covers- erm _upgrades_ are good, but they're doing some excellent original works too.
The big, self satisfied grin at the end is so Avi! Matt's great, but I miss Avi's charisma. I think of this early PTX period as kids saying "Let's put on a show!"
Hello Taylor Family, So glad that you did this one. PTX videos are always intentional and they are the masters of arrangement, seamless transitions and vocals. Glad you spotted the switch to colour when the colour TVs came in in the 1960's. A Mitch slap is always well received. What a lesson in music history! More PTX please. You still have my long list but now I am adding "Somebody that I Used to Know", "Come Along" and "Gold". Your PTX playlist shows 27 songs - they have a catalogue of over 200 songs so you have lots more to do!! Goodie!! When you are ready for solo projects please do react to Mitch (Your Power, Graveyard, Kiss the Air) and Mitch as Messer (Love Supply, Machine, Gasoline Tears).
This was the first of the medleys that turned into the "evolution of series. And this one deserves to be the first, and perhaps the best. Unless you've done more than 185 reactions to PTX, you are in no danger of running out of them.
This was my favorite evolution video too, but part of it is because I'm older. I knew very few songs on the Beyonce and Rihanna evolutions and while very familiar with Michael Jackson, I was never a huge fan and unfortunately the scandal swirl of his personal life, colors his work for me. I don't know if he was guilty or people were just out for money from him, but it does taint his body of work, at least for me. Saying all that, I'd love if they did an Evolution of 60's music. That was such a rich era and it still impact the music of today.
Hi. Nice to,see you. I think you would love their , Come Along, Havana ( Kevin plays an imaginary flugelhorn) Shallow, New Rules x are you that somebody is genius level fire!!!! Gold
I like the evolution videos m, but they have never been my favorites like they are for some. I agree with you that this is my favorite of the evolutions … along with the Dance Medley video.
I’m surprised you hadn’t seen this one yet! It was their first mega-viral video, vying for the first PTX video to hit 100 million views with Daft Punk. (I think Daft Punk won that contest.) Royals was the prologue to their Fall-Winter 2013 Season of Pentatonix Hitting It Big, but this was Chapter One.
More Pentatonix please. You haven’t even made it through 20% of their material yet. For older covers try Gold (a Kiara cover). Newer covers try Havana. Older original music checkout Love Again. Newer original music checkout Be My Eyes or Lucky Ones. For the best live performance showing Mitch going nuts checkout Aha, live at the Star Vista in Singapore.
Something to get around to soon - this one from Avi's newly-released 11-song album of originals: "When I'm a Fool"". The entire album is excellent. ua-cam.com/video/ChUAgTrTjDA/v-deo.html
Thank you as this is one of my favorites also. Glad you picked up on the color change (when color came on TV sets). Great reaction. PS ... you mentioned how great Pentatonix can go from one song to the other so seamlessly .. here's one that I don't think you'll regret listening to and reaction to. As some others have commented on, please watch The Wizard of Ahhhhhs (ft Todrick Hall). If you're familiar with The Wizard of Oz, you'll get this one for sure. Here's the link. Love from Canada. ua-cam.com/video/QkVeKb2igrg/v-deo.html
He reacted to that song back on November 1st 2021. Go to his videos page and look at the videos right before he started reacting to Christmas videos. He was blown away by their version of Bohemian Rhapsody.

I second " The Wizard of Ahhs ".
They also did another collaboration with Todrick Hall - Black and White that is also very good.

@@donnaj9769 Yes Kirstie is in it too.

Yes, Wizard of ahhs! You will love it!! 😁😁😎
Great reaction! THey had so much fun making the Evolution Of series.
Fabulous!!
You need to watch the video they did of the Evergreen Album. It shows what they do to get this album out for Christmas.

I think you would love the song “Change on the rise” by Avi Kaplan. He was with Pentatonix but is on his own now.
Recommend their over of Attention.

Great reaction, as always. I know...you smiled a ton. I hope your face recovers. Have you done the Evolution of Ariana Grande? That's my fave.
Have you not seen the bohemian rhapsody video yet? Was totally worth seeing it live. It's awesome
