Yes I got two , both inherited, a dc24 and a later one lol. Both brilliant. The dc24.. 🤔. Fiddly filter in ball, and can block at the first flexi bend , from brushbar. A trusty metal coat hanger saves the day, , the other crikey, placed on the straight line setting on brushbar.. couldn’t move it . on carpet lol. Good vid.. I learn at least one new thing every time 👍
I’m finding that using the attachments on the rigid hose is too painful for my arms, is there something more flexible I can buy or can I use it without the metal hose??
Great video. I’m staying in a friends house looking after it while she’s on holiday. Decided to vacuum the carpet and then took out the wand. Could I replace it? Could I buffalo!! Eventually found this video, and Hey presto, it’s all back together and working and as a bonus I can clean out the canister. Many thanks 😊
Oh I thought Dyson stopped making the corded and moved over to the battery powered only, clearly not the case. Will have to look into this, my dyson upright is literally falling apart after 25 years !
Several years ago Dyson did say they were stopping innovation on their corded models but really the market hasn't gone all the way to cordless as the pick up ability of a corded will normally be better
Where can I find correctly spare pieces for a vacuum cleaner like the one you show in the picture?. I know for sure that one of the extra pieces to hoover cushions is damaged. But I am not sure what has happened to one of the brushes used to hoover under bed and alike. All of a sudden it doesn’t work. No air extraction comes to it. It doesn’t roll. Can you help?. Thanks.
It does sound like the part could be damaged in which case it will not work as it should do. Really Dyson themselves should be the best place to get spares from

Why does it look so similar to the animal ball 3
This is the animal 3 origin you forgot the 3 in your description
It isn't, the 3 is 10kg.
