- How to increase horsepower and torque easy and safe at home for your Mercedes-Benz. This was done on my E-Class W212 E350 diesel 2014 year model. This software stage 1 tuning give the car 42 extra horsepower and 79 extra torque.
It really feels how much more responsive the car is when pressing down the gas pedal. I love it : ) These BSR guys has operate for a long time here in Sweden and know what they doing.
Works on most models such as

Dude, next Tuesday is chip tuning for my W212. I chose chip tuning over tuning box to avoid the install/removal of the box every year to go to the control technique where it WILL be noticed. The inspectors know what they are looking for. Plus, I have remapping warranty for 7 years in case Mercedes overides with an update. And then they don't just tune it back with the old files but in accordance with the Mercedes updated tuning. Its more expensive than a box but I'm getting a new subframe on warranty, rebuilding the whole rear for 1500 euro on all arms, joints and shocks, with Mercedes paying 6000 euro on their part. As I had saved in case of that disaster not being covered, I'm going chip tuning and then to Mauritius for 21 days, Club Med, alone!!! 1st owner priviledge is kicking butt! I also have the highest rated Merceded dealer/garage in the country 2 minutes from home. They are so highly rated that Mercedes owners are driving across the country (Belgium) to have their cars serviced here. They have a larger service parking lot than they do for selling cars.

You would get better 0-100 if you hold it against the brake at start. Throttle and brake and then release the brake. Studded tyres are screaming for help. Best to test more with summer tyres. I wonder does the program also effect the egr usage. That would be a bonus.
Because is was -20 and with winter tires I did not want to max it to much. But summer it coming update video with much better testing. Probably making a 0-200 and also with trailer behind the car 🤙

Is there any available mods for the gas engine V6?
Try to drive 45 minutes continuously - in some cases if the tuning is not correct you might get an EML. Obviously, the best way as I wrote before is to put the car on the rolling road dyno. I know it’s far away for you.
Drive with this now about a week and so far is working flawlessly also have make a drive for around 50 mins. Did many test like this from the same spot and the different show in video is really accurate, but is hard when I don’t have dyno but hopefully in the update video I could make that happen in the summer leaving town.
That tuning will kill your fuel pump , injectors and dpf and motor will be burning oil excessively ....If you love your car, forget about chip tuning ..

@@MB212 From personal experience... Every chip tuning will change engine ritms and settings that was set at the factory , which are : timing , temperatures of oil and antifreeze, RPM , gear switching time and temp of ATF and temperatures your transmission friction plates . And those original settings are very crucial and set and tested at the factory to give you best performance reliability of all components. If you will add chip tuning, then ALL factory numbers will be changed and ALL metal parts and gaskets/seals will not handle extra load and extra temperatures , so eventually of them will fail and will lead to catastrophic failure of entire engine, it is just a matter of time which small or big part will fail first....

@@You-can-fix-it as a mercedes master tech, you are wrong. mercedes restrics tuning to their cars due to certain country emissions. some countries like America are heavily restricted due to EPA and octane levels hence, the under performace. Japan has less restrictions and higher ocatne fuel. my point is, a tune is actulally healthy for cars and lets them breath and respond more freely rather than fitting them with all the bullshit resriction per country guidlines

You think that’s case when using engine tuning like this?
Depends on how thorough you are with maintenance. May go through spark plugs faster, and you may need to reduce the time/distance interval for engine oil and transmission fluid.

Tackar! 200 motorn är inte likadan mig veterligen dock ska 220 & 250 motorn vara likadan förutom optimering så det låter som att det skulle kunna fungera. Har inte full koll på motorerna dock.

All these things do is boost up the turbo pressure. Since yours, like mine, is naturally aspirated there is no simple way to tune it. You could spend thousands up grading the engine components and getting a custom tune. But at point you might as well trade it in for an E400 or E500.

In the settings -> Instrument Cluster -> 1 step down and choose Outside Temp.

by how much this tunnig increased the fuel consumption? i have a e250cdi and have average 6.4 ,highway 5.5-6.4 depend on driving style
if you bought car for fuel effieciency so dont do tuning :D :D :D

W212s are more expensive thena frikin w221. These rpices are out of hand. I will most likely get a 2012 S350cdi then. I have obtained a Xentry diagnosis for cars until 2016 so i can DIY. Will be a big upgrade compared to my current W204 elegance with a manual 6 speed C220cdi from 2007
Mine tuned s212 200cdi has 230hp and 500nm 😁

Here in Finland we have this man ”Dr. Mercedes”. He reprogram every cars ecu by himself and that’s how it’s done. That’s the maximum power what’s possible without breaking the car.

Yes there is a module for 188$ on Amazon everybody uses for air control. If you don’t have air suspension. Then your options are cheaper Strut Spacers, coil overs.

You don’t have to connect charger to make the coding, but should be done otherwise it could harm some modules if voltage get to low.

Always Nokian Hakkapeliita with studs that’s only tires I use for winter roads. Also 4-MATIC is so much better then my old 212 with RWD

Yess it is stage 1 remapping you could do at home.
If I do ECU tuning, custom air filter and downpipe just to have fun sometimes (Rev but not for long). Will it decrease my car’s longetivity?

I have an E350 2011 and from 0-100 is 6.6 with no engine mods or tuning. I'm sure if I tuned it, it'll go a lot faster.

Yess only diesel was available here for E350, and actually the most common is E220 so the 350i is kinda rare here in Sweden. Thanks man 🙏

What does it do to the longevity of the car and the MPG? Any tune gives a car more HP and Torque. There are reasons why they don't from the Stuttgart factory where this was assembled.
