Lance, I love hearing your tales and inspirational stories. I'm 83 and have had lots of wonderful experiences in our temples. It all started in the Washington Temple where I was sealed in 1975. I love the temple and love 'thinking Celestial' as our Prophet has told us to do. Your stories help me 'think Celestial'. I'm glad your wife wasn't hurt in her car accident. I have an angel daughter, too. Her name is Sharron and she died when she was 5 months old. I've 'seen' her with my paternal grandmother in the Washington temple and she was a beautiful young lady with flowing long red hair. God bless you and keep your stories coming!
Thank you so much Mary. The Lord blesses us as we serve in His Holy House. I have a great story coming out Wednesday. Thanks for your support and for watching.
Back in 1981 I was involved in a truck driving accident (I rolled a semi down a mountain). I was saved by a guardian angel. My unborn daughter (was later born in 1987) when she was 3 or 4 years old told me she was there when I had my accident. I did suffer some significant injuries and was laid up for 4 1/2 years but lived and walked where I should have died or been in a wheel chair the rest of my life. I know we are watched over by all kinds of angels and others. God preserved me for a purpose and I'm thankful for it. Thank you for your stories.
Awesome experience. What a tender opportunity to have your daughter be given that sight from the other side of the veil. Thanks for sharing this and for watching. You could send me a more detailed account at dadds06@gmail.com
I put 90k miles on an exact duplicate of that Rabbit in the mid 70s. I drove it during 3 awful winters in Kansas, Missouri, Illinois and Iowa. It had a half ass seat belt system with no lap belt, just a shoulder belt attached to the door that would restrain you when the door closed. It had a padded knee bar to keep you from 'submarining' during a collision. Thank God I never had accident in it.
I have enjoyed every one of your story's thank you for sharing them, and for sharing your witness of Gods involvement in your life, and your dependance and need of his involvement in your life.
Robert I am thrilled that you enjoy the adventures, I have just started the effort, there is a lot more to come. I am also adding Brother Merrill's inspirational stories on UA-cam and Pod cast. Watch for them as soon as I can figure out how to post on Pod cast. Thanks.
Me too. It was a miracle. A new semi truck & 4 cars were totaled. There were 3 people in the car my wife was in a Jeep Wagooneer. The gas tank was ripped off the frame and ruputered, but didn't catch fire. The girls had wihip lash but no other injuries. Thanks
I've had a few Near Death Experiences -- I put them into the same category as visions and usually don't tell anyone. But I have also died many times. One time I died and they called the paramedics. I arrived at the hospital Dead-on-arrival. They examined me, declared me dead, proper. Two more times I was examined and declared dead, the final time by the County Coroner. This is what the doctor would tell me. Hours later, I come to life on the gurney that they put the dead bodies on. They were going to put me in the morgue. My body was stiff, rigor mortis I presume. It took me a bit before I could move and talk, and a few minutes to catch their attention. But whoever they were in the Emergency Room, they were too afraid to look, so they sent the ER doctor in. He wouldn't look at me, kept looking for wires or some device. But I told him that I really was alive. That's when he told me "but you're dead" and then about being DOA and being declared dead 3 times. But I told him, "God brought me back." Then, just like the other time, I told him, "Jesus said, I am the resurrection and the life, he that believes in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live." The hospital social worker had to alter and resend the tapes to the state capital, so that I would not have to go to court and be declared alive.
@@lancemerrill6390 Thanks for sharing your story too, and I'm glad you made it too. Only, in my case, I most thoroughly didn't make it. Being resurrected from the dead is a very interesting experience. It feels pretty good, the warmth, the light, the life surging into my body, and then the air rushing into my lungs. Usually it comes with a message and only then can I move. Every time I've said, "Jesus said, 'I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:'" -- it came out of me with the same breath that gave me life.
Oh Brother Merrill, glad you decided to stay. I sure love your stories and I loved reading your book, “We should have died young”. Glad your family is ok too.
Lànce, I really am uplifted by everything you put on UTube. I've listened to many of your presentations a second and third time too. My inactive daughter has allowed me to share many of them as well. You recently were an unknowing hand of the Lord as he was answering my prayers that he might strengthen me to cast off an addiction that i 😊wasnt able to do on my own, I sincerely thank you for that.
The church has a great 12 step manual that has just been re edited. There are regular meetings across the Wasatch . You can find the locations if you search addiction recovery meetings on LDS.org. My wife and I are ARP missionaries in Provo. Thanks for watching, glad these messages help
I am a pioneer of hang gliding, and free style skiing, I also did a lot of free climbing when I was younger. My family jokes that when I die there will be a massive layoff of guardian angels. I have always pushed the edge a. little. But to everyone's surprise I just had my 70th birthday. No one expected I would make 20 or 30 or 40. I wrote a book called "We should have died young" it is on Amazon. Thanks for watching

So glad you joined us. Keep watching, more to come. Thanks
You've been in a catatonic State a couple of times. What in the world do you do with your life that nearly kills you
