Thank you so very much for such a wonderful and beautiful and inspirational story!!! This brother was/is incredible!!! and he puts me to shame!!!! Wow, what he did, and being Christlike all the time!!! And having so many health problems and a deformed body and lots of pain!!! I have gotten to work in the Bountiful Temple, some, but quit when my younger son was coming back from his mission, thinking I would get to spend time with him, but didn’t, because he was so busy with his life!! I wish I had never quit working at the Temple then!! And my health has deteriorated, so I am basically homebound… Bless you for your work in the temple and your work on doing these videos, Brother!!!! Today, one year ago, my husband passed through the veil… well, he is not suffering anymore… And our daughter-in-law passed to the veil this last Easter with stage four melanoma… She is not suffering anymore, either, and was only 41… The Lord is calling so many people home!!!! I look forward to being home, to join my husband, and my daughter-in-law and my family!! Thank you so very much again, Brother . Sister Gay Michaelis(and Brother Duane Michaelis) and family. I didn’t get to join the church until I was 45 up in Alaska!! And I was the second person to take out their temple endowments in the new small Anchorage Temple…❤😇🙏👌😊✝️👍✡️

Bro Merrill my husband's family is from Denmark.. We could never make any headway on finding anyone past his father's adoptive parents no matter where or how we searched. My husband was called in a mission to the Spirit world in January 2021. I know this. Recently three more generations have been found..i know he's there teaching his ancestors. Soon I'm sure more names will be found as he reaches out to them.

This is a book that was published as part of a 15 part youth program in the early 1900s. "Faith Promoting Series." This book is called "Treasures in Heaven'" It is by Geo. C. Lambert published in 1914. It is written in English, but I spent 2 days writing this version in language that is more understandable. The sentence structure an words are very confusing to how we communicate today. Niels Eskildz. If you search that name with LDS in google search, it references the book.

We have Danish in our family line including Larsen. This made me wonder if we are related. My great grandparents used to speak Danish and dress in their Danish clothing. Great grandpa was a remarkable wood carver and grandma made wonderful chicken and dumplings with nutmeg and Danish pastries. They had strong testimonies and made America their home. I hope my children will realize the sacrifices of their Danish ancestors.

    Dear Brother Merril--
The algorithm placed you in my YT feed a week ago-- I stopped short-- I exclaimed to my husband Mike: "that's Lance Merrill from my former Provo Riverwoods Ward!" I hadn't had you and Cherie on my mental radar , so I --then a single sister- 😮since a day Holly Bergmann went with me, Kit Kartchner, (we are still close friends, went to the Draper Temple and your father stepped up to be the needed "One more brother, please" in the prayer circle. I've been bingeing on your wonderful stories and marveling. Surely the spirit must have directed you to do..."Start a UA-cam channel!" I am so glad you are doing this here. It is such needed content -- a truly uplifting channel without any concern I might run into yet another often divisive channel's content.
My new husband Mike and I are having our first difference of opinion ;)
What is the frames picture of that sits on the shelf to your right shoulder?
I say it's Moroni wielding the Title of Liberty.
He says it's two guys caught in the middle of a flip off a ski jump.
    Will you solve our dilemma?
Say hi to your dear wife for me, FKA Kit Kartchner-- now Sister Gilbert, an Innkeeper in Manti running my historic and beautiful Ed and breakfast: The Yardley Inn and Spa! Bring her down! Come go to the Manti Temple and stay with us and let's reconnect!

Kit it is good to hear from you. I see your posts on FB occasionally. I hate to break it to you...but your husband is right. That is a picture of me doing the world's only tandem forward flip in 1974. We were in Powder Magazine with that shot. The round pin is from us being inducted into the US Skiers hall of fame along with a bunch of other hot doggers/freestyle skiers. Good to hear from you

Kit I thought I should explain my background. I have the 3 columns of shelves set up to represent from left to right. Telestial, things of man on the earth, Terrestrial, creations and hand of God, Celestial Godhead and man with God's word. Time and our Savior in the Meridian are between the 3 columns. I know that is kind of artsy, but I wanted my background to add to the message. Thanks for commenting

I have a missionary story that I consider a miracle fact there are several but the one I'm thinking of took place in Pittsburgh while I was on my mission there in 1971 with a companion that I had for 6 months and I was in that area for 7 months. What was peculiar is even my call to that mission because my father whom I never knew personally had left before I was a year old and that's where he was raised at was in Pennsylvania I knew very little about him or his family but it turned out that he was born in that area and roamed the streets of Pittsburgh as a youth, but that's not my Miracle my call to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania was a miracle In of itself a miracle within a miracle. When I receive your email I will share with you more of the miracle that I speak of.❤
