This game is actually pretty good. It's also a pretty good example of if "if it ain't broke, don't break it" by not adding too many over the top gimmicks to dissuade the comparisons to GOW. Lean into your inspiration, do it right and then season as needed.

This game is a sleeper hit. It dropped at the wrong time. It didn't drop broken, no glitches, nothing. I had a blast playing it, linear campaign, and gets straight to the point. It'll get noticed soon.

Only problem I have with the game is co-op it’s so trash and buggy, tanked thru it with a buddy all the way to the last boss fight on evil dead mind you and got a glitch where all I could control was movement, and literally nothing to do to fix it unless you proceed solo to the next checkpoint.
Evil west is bad for the sake of being bad like it's just so repetitive even the name is bad "evil west" it sounds like one of those Xbox generated usernames and the co op for the game is just as bad instead of playing as two different characters you just have two Jesse's in the game I really thought you could play as that badass old black guy but no it's just another Jesse
I agree, the game woulda been much better if u could choose between Jesse or Edgar. Each with their own routes to explore and character-specific enemies and bosses.

I bought this game, got halfway then uninstalled lol. It's a bad game. The gameplay had it's moments, the story was pretty awful, the npcs were super basic and only had a few different variations, the dialogue isnt synced up right, or the mouth movements were not done right, because all the cutscenes are just bad to watch. The graphics are decent enough, but something about them seem off. This is a AAA game that looks and plays like an indie dev game. If this game was 30 bucks then I think it would've been fine. But 60 dollars for this garbage was disappointing.
