There's so much more to Jim Roots signature guitars than meets the eye. Of course they look absolutely stunning, whether it be the Jazzmaster, Stratocaster Telecaster or Charvel models. The sleek satin finish make them instantly recognisable and awesome. It's not only the EMG Pickups that make them unique, all of Jim's signature models feature Mahogany bodies, bolt on Maple necks with jumbo fret loaded ebony fingerboards! The simple, stripped back set up control layout with a string though bridge, 1 volume control and a 3 way pickup selector make it super easy to get your riffs from your head, to the speakers!
For heavy, molten metal riffage, the Jim Root Jazzmaster V4 delivers crushing detuned tone with a bold new look. We worked closely with the towering Slipknot guitarist to create a brutal-sounding signature Jazzmaster model that complements his heavy playing style - right down to its signature Daemonum open-coil EMG active pickups, shred-worthy 12" radius fingerboard with jumbo frets, sparse control layout and more.
The Jim Root Jazzmaster II dispenses with frivolities such as a vibrato, rhythm circuit, tone control - only crucial essentials remain: a volume control, a 3-way switch and a hardtail bridge, making this guitar a single-purpose weapon of mass destruction. Featuring a mahogany slab body for crushing lows and mids, brilliant Polar White satin finish, maple neck with bound ebony fingerboard and pearloid block inlays, this devastating machine delivers brutal tone with a striking new look!

he plays amazingly, it's better than any other review you could've found, I love it
I don’t even care for the guitar, I’m just here for Dagan
😂🤘
Let’s see the charvel relic
Fishman is another pickup company that makes great active pickups that are amazing for more than just metal. The Matt Heafey Les Paul I have has some of the best clean tones out of all my guitars.
I appreciate your channel.
🤘😁🎸🎶☘️
Dagan ya mad lord 🤘🤘
you play fantastic
Dagan have some more of the enw ESP LTD guitars, can we see the HEX 200 or EC256 in Vintage Gold Satin?
You know your Slipknot material 🤘
I am looking at a guitar to scratch my metal itch i was planning on an Ibanez but this has just thrown a curve ball in the mix haha
I want the Tele. I love the matte white finish and I am an EMG fan. I think it will be a nice fixed bridge match to my Schecter DJ Ashba sig, which is also matte white with black racing stripes, EMG 81, single volume, no tone, killswitch, bolt on maple neck with ebony board and non-recessed FR 1500. I think the Jazzmaster body will be too big on me. However, I'm such a Zakk Wylde fan...but don't love to play LPs and his guitars are ugly and have baseball bat necks. So can I get close enough to Zakk's tone with the JR Tele? Same basic recipe, but bolt-on neck.
I bought my son the Squier Jim Root white Telecaster, very solid guitar, he's had it for years, I play it once and a while, I want to install Jim Root EMGs, I'm just one the fence as to the original one's or his newer one's, I think I'm leaning towards the newer ones honestly .
The newer ones are a little more sweeter than the traditional EMG’s 👌
only guitar i've ever returned, the factory issues from these made in mexios are shocking. Sharp frets that would slice your fingers to pieces
I have this one.. took 3 trys. The first one I got, when I'd do a bend on the low E between the 1st and 4th frets the string would pop out of the nut slot. Took it to a shop and they said it was fine. Sent it back because it was not fine lol. The 2nd one I got, the frets were as you said.. sharp as hell. Sent it back! The 3rd one and still the one I have now is perfect. Strangely though.. I never play it, it just hangs on the wall lol
i only have a squire white tele with an emg 81. absolutley love it but hope to one own a fender
Honestly these days it may be more worth it to contribute to mod your squier
Don't listen to fools....get a fender
@@sumanchoudhury582 I totally agree if you want a fender then get a fender but with quality control issues at least try and buy in person( or a store) so you know what your gettinh
💥🤘🏼🔥❤️🔥🔥🤘🏼🎸💯
Isn't dan a famous actor?
I have his tele and don't like it. Really should sell it or part ex it.
I’ll take the tuners, pickups, pots and toggle switch. I’ll throw them in my Tele.
Is mexican. Nice.
I like when people use non metal style guitars for metal
PRS Starla sounds nasty with metal 😼
Nothing...slipknot is the most overated band ever.
😂🥱
Edgy
@A.D.D.O.C.D.T is it though...
Just because something has broke into the mainstream slightly doesnt mean its overrated
@@heyitspete6472 nope...old metallica is infinitely better than ANYTHING dogknot has made.
I've loved Slipknot for over 20 years but it's just occurred to me that even as a guitar player I've never taken any notice of who in the band plays what brand.
Probably because it doesn't matter really I suppose. 🙅
You probably think youre a jugalo too.
