Very interesting comparison, Robert. I saw another comparison here on UA-cam of Alex Barrera between the Lumix 50mm f/1.8 and the Leica Summicron SL 50mm f/2 and he said that both lenses produce identical image quality. That means that the Sigma 50mm f/2 is the best of the three (for photography).
Ooh yeah - he has another video comparing that Leica and with the Sigma lens as well, and his conclusion is that the Sigma is the clear winner. I think the Leica might be a rebadged Panasonic due to how close his results are on the comparison with that. I've been really surprised by these Sigma I-series lenses as they're really, really good. If I get a chance before I send this 50mm back to Sigma I'd like to try a comparison against the Nikon 50mm f/1.8 S as that's also a very sharp lens, and I'd be curious to see how they stack up against each other 😀
Wow - I don't do any video work so for my purposes the Panasonic really gets blown out of the water, and as an added bonus the Sigma is gorgeous too! Thanks for this comparison :)
Yeah this video was shot on the Nikon Z6III. By default the Nikons don't seem to have any built-in noise reduction in video, which is interesting, but the Z6III had even more problems as documented in the previous two videos 😅 I did at least mostly resolve the flickering when editing at least, but cleaning up all the noise slows everything down a lot more unfortunately.
Friend, tell me if Panasonic lenses have the same three-dimensional effect as Nikon 40mm f2? Perhaps there is at least one Panasonic line close to this effect?

Yes, that comparison with the Nikon 50mm would be great. Regarding the Sigma L series, I own the 65mm f/2 and it is an unbelievable good Lens!
@@xaviergut8232 Ooh yes the 65mm f/2 is really good too, and a very interesting focal length for photography!

Noticing some video noise at around the 5 minute mark, what camera body was this video shot on?

Ooh good question. I'm not too sure myself, but there must be someone else out there who has tested them for 3D pop 🤔
Good
