    I'm literally building the same thing I bought the body couple yrs back and had the ar60's even longer I use the ssd kit that make you get speed out of the axial transmissions there awsome on the inside of most my axles I only paid about 15$ foe the chassis I'm just now getting to actually build it but it will be all metal except the cage I like building my own thing you can't just go and buy and I make em bullet proof so I don't have issue except for my fast stuff then you do want a breaking point or you will just tear it up beyond repair

    Awesome build, I actually bought an r1 cage a while back with plans of building something like this and its still in the bin. I’m working on my fake capra build now, but i may dig that cage out and start planning a build. 🤙🏽

      Nice! Capra axles + the r1 cage would make for a pretty sick build too

    Hi, Great project, I inspired in your projet for to build a injora buggy with wraith axles too. How many milimiters have your Driveshafts in work position? How many milimiters have your tires?

    • @CRCG_00
      @CRCG_00  2 роки тому +1

      The drive shafts are just stock warith lengths and the tires are 151mm in diameter

    so do you know replacement portal axles and steel gears for replacement?

    • @CRCG_00
      @CRCG_00  2 роки тому

      For the ar60 axles, the only options I'm aware are from rc 4wd tho they are of questionable design and quality. Best options are probably from smaller online sellers on my mini factory. high altitude racing had a portal kit a few year back but I think are out of production.
      Alternatively you can get full vitavon ryft portal axles if you want ar60-ish width portals

    This is not an Amazon special build. lol. Nice build but not what I was expecting lol. how do you like that servo? I got it in my cart but on the rocks about getting it

    • @CRCG_00
      @CRCG_00  2 роки тому +1

      The servo is good for its price, it has developed a bit of slop since then unfortunately. However they did come one with a new 60kg direct power one recently, I'm gonna test that one out soon and probably replace that servo

    I know you said you'd rather have the R1, but either would work for me. The cheaper cage would do just fine. Thank you for sharing your build. You dont happen to have the file links for the parts you printed do you? I currently have a Temper Gen 2 I'm messing with but I'm looking to do a full build for myself and let my wife use the Temper with some minor upgrades.

    where did you get over/under drive gears from for those axles?

    • @CRCG_00
      @CRCG_00  5 місяців тому

      Off Amain or any retailer should carry axial under/over drive gears

  • @albrechtjens

    Nice Rig! I've also had the Injora cage and a set of AR60 metal axles lying around at home for a while, waiting to be assembled at some point. One question, do you have a shopping link of the links or are these self built? 🤗

    • @CRCG_00
      @CRCG_00  2 роки тому +1

      Those are vanquish wraith links, bust any wraith links should work

    Nice build , but you need to mount your battery somewhere else , if you rupture a lipo ,it will go up in flames . Hate to see that.

    They are able to sell the ISDT ESC cheap becuase it is cheap, they suck, they are inconsistant and not reliable at all. I bought mine when they first came out and have only opened one of them and cant get it to work to save my life. It works and then it doesnt work and i just said forget and not it sits and collects dust.

    • @CRCG_00
      @CRCG_00  2 роки тому

      Not sure what settings you have on yours. But mine runs smoother and just as quiet as a 1080. with the lower price and all the extra tuning opinions that the app offers, it hard to argue that the 1080 is the better esc.
