FIX: Delay or Lag While Typing in Microsoft Teams

Are you experiencing a lag or delay while typing in Microsoft Teams? If so, you may need to free up some resources on your computer. In this tutorial, we'll walk you through these steps to help bring back more resources to power your Microsoft Teams.
Close any apps running in the background that you aren't using and aren't critical. Then relaunch and try again.
Turn off "Read Receipts".
Turn off your own video if you're not presenting.
Clear the Teams' application cache.
