SRM Flex Fuel/Ethanol Content Kit Install for Audi RS3 & TTRS

Installation of the Silly Rabbit Motorsports Flex Fuel/Ethanol Content Sensor Kit to display ethanol content in the virtual cockpit of Audi RS3 and TTRS utilizing a Dyno Spectrum (DS1) tuner.
Tools:
Shop Rags/Towels
5/8" Wrench
11/16" Wrench
8mm socket
small flat head screwdriver or pick
Wire Strippers/Crimper
Razor Blade
Zip-ties
Plastic or non-marking trim tool
Lighter or heat gun (for heat-shrink)

Because you already had a fuel-it kit. If you really wanted to simply this install you can plug the SRM sensor directly into the same spot where the Fuel It kit was and reuse the same electrical plug for fuel it then run the white wire from the fuel it kit to the ecu. The SRM wire is a little thicker than the fuel it kit.

Nice job! Love the DS1/SRM kit - Note, for 2019+ RS3s, the SRM kit does NOT connect successfully to the supply fuel line at the firewall shown at 2:18 - a different connector is required. SRM failed to update their kit for later model RS3s. Everything else is the same and works properly.

Doesnt work on a 2017 TTRS. Different connector at the firewall.
