Wow! Talk about FATTENING! There are so many calories in that. There are 648 calories just in the cup of almond flour. Add another 200 calories from the oil. Add another 144 calories from the eggs which are also loaded with fat! Add 59 calories from the date sugar and you are already at 1051 calories! Yikes!
About calories, yes you're right.
