One of my all time favorite metal bands. Raw chunky, thrashy and punky oldschool Thrash Metal without any fancy gimmigs just brutal raw power. Another amazing songs from them: kuollut kuolleempi kuollein, valkoista kohinaa, sinä riität, takatalvi, nujerra ihminen, ammu hautaa ja vaikene, sinne missä aamu sarastaa.
Yeess! Thanks for doing this Joseph 👍🏻 I think you might enjoy that Stam1na also that I recommended. That video might be a bit disturbing, but I think it's cool. I'll find some more Mokoma for u later 😁
Mokoma is really great at mixing different elements, they've got everything from ballads to black metal. I've seen them live many many times and they always bring it! One of the absolute best from Finland. Super nice and funny guys too.
LOL This was a funny one: the band name is "Damned" and the song is called "Tame the devils". "Promise so / be a good husband or wife - - don't spare yourself - - even though you lost you mind... (literaly: even though the mind escaped from head)" - Very Finnish. The singer looks like an old, wise man - respect in this time of artificiality. I do not know whether you have seen/heard Tuska song, an anniversary song of Tuska Open Air Metal Festival. In that one you can see and hear several musicians of Finnish metal scene.
If you like Mokoma, you MUST check out Stam1na! I'm not even going to suggest a song as I think you'll will eventually go through their whole discography :D
Or maybe I will now that I started listening to them again. Here is a nice live version of Stam1na - Pala Palalta ua-cam.com/video/iPQhI1Qv9AM/v-deo.html
I can throw in couple of finnish bands that despite them singing in finnish language have rather big following all over the world. Stam1na - Enkelinmurskain ua-cam.com/video/lO5_a05wHVE/v-deo.html Vorna - Sateet ua-cam.com/video/J5BEcRsw-2U/v-deo.html Both are quite proggy bands so you never know what to expect, but these songs are a good introduction.
Yes! One of my favorites. Maybe "Kuollut, Kuolleempi, Kuollein" next?
I’ll add it to the list 😁👍

Amazing live band. You have to react to their song Takatalvi 😉

Since you like metal from Finland ( and who does not) you should try Bloodred Hourglas-drag me the rain.
