You are living my dream ❤
Very good video buddy, very inspirational and inspiring especially on this bloody damp and dull March Tuesday. Thank you
Appreciated ....thanks for taking the time. Luckily there's plenty more in the can to help through the endless gloom....out shortly👍
Great stuff, great bike, great places! Subscribed :)
Thanks....appreciated !!
Well done, Dan ! Can't wait for the next video :)
G'day from Australia mate. Morocco looks amazing.Saw your video after watching RichyVida's videos.... subbed.
9:36 Just picturing James May riding in Morocco...... "Good news... another Dacia Sandero." LOL
Too true 👍
Thanks for watching ... Being mentioned in the same sentence as Richy Vida ... Bonza !! 👍
What a great find. Calm, fun and informative. Personally, way better than Richy Vida’s deeply repetitive chat style.
My other preferred watch - ‘Two wheels three sheets’ is worth a watch too. Very adventuresome and remote riding.
Much enjoyed and look forward to more!
Thanks for watching, much appreciated .. actually going to frame your comment... thank you 👍 And a big fan of two wheels three sheets too... South America is overdue a visit for sure.
Welcome 🇲🇦❤️
You have a new subscriber :) I hope you will continue to show us awesome clips of your riding. Goodluck with your new channel!!!
Appreciated...thanks. Morocco does all the work ... just happened to be there 👍
Great video! We’re off there ourselves April😎
You're in for a treat for sure ... enjoy!....ride safe!✌️
enjoy Marokko ! I spent 2 weeks in the Medina of fez . there is also a guarded parking lot for motorbikes ( i saw some 1200 gs adventures when i was there.
Great to know...Thanks. Saving Fez for another time. Thanks for watching 👍
Lovely episode mate, very relaxing to watch on my early morinng over here in Tokyo. I have sub'd to your channel and looking fwd to see whats coming next !! Is that a Super T your on ?
Thanks for taking the time....appreciated. I feel your pain re the weather...it's been the same here in the UK. She's a pretty standard T700 👍
As soon as you turned off the tarmac at the start of your vid ,I knew exactly where you were going , I stayed there last March , nice chap but had to use google translate to communicate , 😁👍
What are the chances!! Hope you got a room👍😂
@@EpicADV yes one of the only places in Morocco we pre booked , as you drive to the buildings we were first room on right 👍
Some people get all the luck right! 👍
The guy with the helmet wanted to take a picture with you and the bike.
Thanks and Yes, for sure.. it just didn't feel right to accept the offer having just declined the services of the other guide. I'll be back to Fez to see it properly and, no doubt, will need a bit of help doing just that 👍
@@EpicADV I think he wanted the picture for himself. He wasn't trying to sell you anything.
Looking good. What camera are you using? Looking forward to the next episode.
Thanks, it's a work in progress for sure. Cameras are GoPro Hero5 Black (Chin mount) and a Hero Session (Handlebar)
Hey!... I'm really sorry but just realised the main cam is a (borrowed) GoPro 7 Black ... not a 5 as I stated before. I just caught the model logo in one of the clips. 🤦♂️
In terms of practicality what type of insurance/ break down cover do you need? And are you mechanically minded?
Hi, for Morocco, Insurance (3rd Party) was bought on the way out of the Ferry Terminal at Tangier Med (there are kiosks for Insurance, Mobile SIMs and ATMs) I took a Revolute card and used ATMs for cash (difficult to get Moroccan Dirhams outside of the country).
No breakdown cover and not particularly mechanically minded. I can sort a puncture but work on the basis that bikes are pretty reliable these days (I bought a Tenere T700 specifically because it doesn't have loads of sensors and 'aids' (Just ABS), so less stuff to go wrong. I take a small tool kit for the basics. Service the bike before heading off and work on a good helping of optimism ... and pick my moments. The weak link is likely me, more than the bike. If I'm really remote then I'm more cautious with my riding, for both our sakes.
How much is the insurance in Morocco
From memory....I think in the region of €120 for the month
Hello!!!
Do you have more informations about your track? Maybe gpx files or something like that?
Thx a lot
Sorry no. Had my phone and files stolen on the way back in Bilbao 😡
Where is day 1 ?❤
Good spot 👍 .... and thanks for watching. Reality is I wasn't at all organised and didn't plan to video the trip to any great extent (hence the rubbish mic ... it gets better later in the trip) So unfortunately I didn't capture the great run down through Chefchaouen. From day Two videoing just became a habit and I'm glad for that
nice video, I will propose a similar format on my channel too
