Looks great and easy! I might try the turkey pepperoni. I don’t like pepperoni, but the turkey might be different. Just to see, I might try it. I gotta get me that muffin top pan. And the Now Egg White Powder is about $20 on Amazon or $25 at Whole Foods Market and people say that it works great in protein sparing bread. It’s just a 1.2 lb jug, but it still might be the way to go for those who can’t shell out 40 bucks right now.
Indigo Nilli's video was a relief because I had just received my container of Now Sport Egg White Protein power that is in her video. Walmart had it the cheapest. I am using it for my first time making the PSMF bread this weekend.
I love love love your recipes. I couldn't find the silicone mold in my country, but thank god I could use your link, and Amazon ships the molds here. Yay!

I made the pork belly chunk chips and they are delicious. I cooked in oven at 300 degrees until crispy. While I had the oven on I also braised Oxtails, Delicious! Have you made the PSMF ice cream? I saw Maria's video for egg white chocolate no fat ice cream.

If I can use watered down tomato paste you can definitely use sugar free ketchup! You could even water it down a bit to make it more saucy if you want. My Mom was better today, sitting up more so that's good!

I have had these measuring cups for at least 20 years or more and I am not even sure where I bought them! But if you go to amazon and key in melamine measuring cups, you will see many colorful options. I just did that and now I want the Pioneer Woman ones but they are pricey, lol. I love kitchen stuff!

Lol, sometimes my effort is pretty lame! I started in 2014 but I have now lost about 135lbs so we are in the same ball park there! Slowly but surely going down ...
I'm wondering if these are freezable? My daughter does keto, and after being off work for a year, she's heading back next week. She likes to do meal preps one day a week, and will freeze half of what she makes. I think this would be a good thing for her to have, but don't know if they will be ok in freezer?
I have frozen some of the PSMF things before and they were fine but these get gobbled up so fast! I will be making more and will throw a couple in the freezer before the hungry fiends get to them!
Anita, I purchased a bottle of tajin seasoning from Amazon which arrived yesterday. My problem is I don't have the slightest idea of which of ur recipes it is used gorgeous! Help 🥺 please.
oh! SO many uses for tajin! I did use them on my Protein Chips recipe but I LOVE these on crispy chicken thighs. Use it in guacamole, devilled eggs. Just sprinkle a bit on everything you make, lol!
I generally only use allulose if I'm making the loaf of bread. The allulose is not added for taste but to brown the top of the loaf! I think that some of the other sweeteners can do that as well.
$40????? You need some friends in the US that will buy it here and mail it to you! We can get the same size for half the price on US Amazon. Sad they don't allow the same costs/products in Canada So sorry to hear about your mom. Glad she's in a place where she's being well treated

The egg whites will whip up quicker if you use a metal bowl that you put in the fridge first to get it cold. But I am sure you know that...LOL
I do but I use a glass bowl so people can see what's going on inside and also the noise of these beaters on the metal, yikes! It makes me crazy, lol!
I'm wondering if these are freezable? My daughter does keto, and after being off work for a year, she's heading back next week. She likes to do meal preps one day a week, and will freeze half of what she makes. I think this would be a good thing for her to have, but don't know if they will be ok in freezer?

I have frozen some of the PSMF things before and they were fine but these get gobbled up so fast! I will be making more and will throw a couple in the freezer before the hungry fiends get to them!

I have seen some people using regular yeast, so sure! I like the cheesy flavor of the nutritional yeast flakes so that is why I use it.

oh! SO many uses for tajin! I did use them on my Protein Chips recipe but I LOVE these on crispy chicken thighs. Use it in guacamole, devilled eggs. Just sprinkle a bit on everything you make, lol!
I noticed that you don't use Allulose, what's the difference in taste. To be honest, I don't care for the taste
I generally only use allulose if I'm making the loaf of bread. The allulose is not added for taste but to brown the top of the loaf! I think that some of the other sweeteners can do that as well.
