Hey, I read a study where a French doctor's hypothesis is that fibromyalgia do not indeed exist as its own but is in fact an ehlers-danlos syndrome that isn't diagnosed yet and doctors did invent fibromyalgia for ehlers-danlos they never found. I used to have a fibromyalgia diagnosis but felt like it wasn't really what I felt, I made some research and found this study, I then went to see the best specialists of my country and they all diagnosed me with a really advance case of ehlers-danlos syndrome.

I have done this video multiple times and my favorite exercise is sumo squats and back of the hands. I can now do full jumping jacks through out the video instead of modified jacks ....progress is happening :--) Thank you Meredith

Hi, Meredith! I am a long-time competitive runner who's run everything from one mile - to 500K in ten days. I am also a "mature" runner (age 60), and when I want to do a workout outside of running I don't want to do a high-impact workout. I get enough of that as it is. I discovered your "Svelte One & Done" workouts a few months ago, and I signed up to get them. The great thing is, there's something there for everyone! The "regular" workouts with more advanced, high-impact moves, and the "Beginner Series," which is non-impact. I do your Beginner Series workouts just about every day, whether I run or not. I really like them because not only are they *not* high impact, they get *every part of your body moving*. This is REALLY important, especially for those who are older and/or have a desk job - like I do. I firmly believe that if you can move every part of your body every day, you can continue to keep yourself limber, flexible, and toned, and you won't "rust" or "fossilize." Ha! So thanks, Meredith! Your workouts and sparkly personality are much appreciated! :-)

Thank you so much I may be only 12 years old but I want to be perfect and prove that anybody can do it not only me and thank you so much I'm trying to make all my family do this to keep being Healy thank you for your work it really helps!
I feel your energy and will through the screen and it's amazing, kudos to you! But please do it safely, don't ever use weights to exercise, weight training stops growth and you still have years of growth in front of you! Don't starve your body trying to be super fit, eat as much as you feel you need to stop your hunger, eat whatever you want as long as the portions are right, you can eat everything as long as portions are controlled. You can treat yourself with pizza and ice cream, but eat one or two slices and two to three tablespoons not the entire pizza or tub or pint.
I want you to enjoy being a teenager without worrying about how you body look, I'm scared that you'll develop an eating disorder or over-exercise. When you're a teen hormones are through the roof and it's easier to fall down the hole and get addicted to something. Your body's changing and it's often hard to accept wether you're conscious of it or not. So take it slow, take care of yourself and live like a normal teenager, you're only a teen one (well we're all something once, this saying is stupid but you see what I mean). When you'll be an adult you'll have a thousand things to think about, responsibilities, a family to take care of and more, so enjoy your care-free life while you can! ❤

Thank you for providing these exercises, i was wanting to improve my strength as i get older, and do not particularly enjoy exercise, but since starting this, I actually WANT to do it each day, i keep getting told 9 minutes wont do anything, but Im proud i can do it each day, as you said a little is better than nothing. Meredith, I've been active since I was in kindergaten. In my adult life went to the gym 5 times x week (before the covid) and I participated in several races (8K, 6M, 10M, 12M & marathon) and I'm eating very healthy (no fried food, no sugar, no white flour). I'm 59 years old now and I'm having difficulty to burn fat in the middle section, so I've decided to try your workout after I've heard about the success of several of your clients. I loved your workout!! I did 3 different kind to try them out and I absolutely love them!! I've share them among my friends. You are awesome! Tks so much for helping us!

Tabata is not her name… that’s the style of workout she’s demonstrating here. It’s a type of interval training.
Used to train years ago but bad habits slipped in ! 64 now and finding these workouts super 😊

This workout really works your arms. I did the Standing Stretching Routine before this one. But I feel amazing after doing them. Other than my arms burning right now, but it's a good burn. My favorite exercise today was step jacks. I hope that you have a great weekend.
