Someone said that Lilia’s life is now a completed hoop so when you see her at the end back to the beginning she is either going back to experience for the first time all the moments in her childhood she “missed” because of all the jumping through time or (and I think this is even more emotional) she will forever relive her life again and again because of her power (time is non linear so she is alive and dead always technically) but this time she sits at the table for her first lesson smiling/at peace rather than frightened like before because this time she understands and is ready to tackle all without fear or doubt 😭 kinda reminds me of everything everywhere all at once…great episode
it made me think of when she told william to enjoy the now, because it's the only thing that's certain. and now she gets to live and enjoy her life, enjoy the now
I actually think that all of the gaps are already filled that’s why she’s always been so scared of death, and the last part when she went back in time that was probably her last time gap, as she said to Jen that she thinks that she’s about to reach the end.
As much as I want Death to resurrect them, I feel like Lilia’s death is too perfect to undo. Alice felt like she has more story to tell, Lilia felt like the end of the road.
exactly. I have a theory that Agatha’s power sucking ability is a curse and remember Alice got the tattoo at 13 to protect her from curses? I think she’ll survive death and possibly get a final goodbye with her mom.
So I came upon an interesting idea online. Agatha's entire path is leading to a selfless act, it's why she's been the proverbial bad guy this whole time because this is all going to come down to her even when Billy was th4 catalyst that started all of this. I think Agatha is going to sacrifice herself for the others to have a second chance and become a ghost as a big F U to Death since as a ghost she can't have her (which is why she hates ghosts 😂)and in doing all that, the coven that initially started only to end prematurely will live again and in turn, Billy will get his mentor in magic in ghost Agatha, the one person they each needed all along
THIS is why you cast Patti GODDAMN LuPone! She better get a freaking Emmy nomination for this. She was already a legend, but I’m so happy that far more people will want to look up Patti’s legendary work after this show.

One of the best MCU tv episodes ever. Genius nonlinear writing that would make Christopher Nolan burst with pride, and a truly S tier performance by Patti LuPone! I knew all of the odd things that Lilia said and did this season weren’t random. Especially name dropping all the tarot cards and out of nowhere statements during important moments of the show. But I didn’t expect it to be done so beautifully. And my heart broke when she sacrificed herself to save her coven, Agatha better find a way to bring them back at the end of the road.

Lilia's life being out of order seems like such a terrifying gift to have but the peace she makes with it at the end was heartwarming. Not surprised at the Patti LuPone pulling it off beautifully!
I always thought Lilia was getting possessed and didn't realize it. So the reveal about the time jumps is crazy! It's very well done and really elevates the show. Turns a pretty good show into a really good show. If they stick the landing, then this will be the best Disney+ Marvel show for me
