    I swear your fully trimmed brisket is second to NONE man. It's such a damn sleek, clean job and nobody's comes close. And I watch just about every damn BBQ channel on the UA-cams.
    About the video, I'm not a huge baked potato guy but if made this for the wife, yeah...daddy's getting a thank you gift later. Major respect on making your own butter (who TF does that? Lol) and everything.

    Used to make loaded potatoes at a restaurant i worked at.... you could get carolina pulled pork, bbq chicken or short rib. A full meal in a potato.....you can't beat it! Love the videos!

    You can actually dissolve salt in water and use it on the final rinse. That way the salt dissolves in the butter

    This reminds me the best mashed potatoes I had were ones where I smoked the potatoes, kept the skin on in the mash, and put a smoked cheese sauce into the blend. Next time brisket topping.

    What toaster oven did you use to hold the brisket. I have been looking at using a cheap electric smoker for a warming cabinet, but they are only 18 inches across and I am afraid that it would be too small for holding briskets

    Sometimes fatty brisket is too heavy. So let me add some cheese, butter, sour cream, and pile it on top of a huge nugget of carbs. That’ll lighten it up!

    Outstandingly delicious. The butter is a bridge too far for me, but I've made homemade creme fraiche like that, and then sour cream and it is effortless a delicious and effortless crowd wower. Now on to a Chudrizo stuffed porchetta with epasote and Mexican cheeses, por favor.
