As a professional motorsports photographer specialized in motocross, it's always fun seeing the non-initiated go out there and shoot.
I like the shots you got! Nice to see black and white and not just high saturation like most do in the beginning of shooting moto.
If you get another time to go out there, try not to focus on the jumps. I know they are exciting, but they are what everyone shoots when they first get to the track and there is so much else going on that can look at least as cool which is often overlooked.

@@manaman8085 I grew up racing motocross myself so i already felt at home at the tracks. I went to races and shot some photos, got accreditation and make connections with riders, brands and teams.
My recommendation for anyone who doesn’t have a foot in the scene is to just go to local tracks and races. Talk to officials and get infield access (in most places it’s super easy). Start charging a little bit of money and grow your skills.
Find a series to shoot to get regular customers and make a name for yourself. It’s a small-ish world so Make friends, have fun and take great photos. I regularly converse with the best in my country and some of the hotter names in europe and WMX just by being genuinely interested in the sport and taking photos that they like (and stand out).

Yes mixing in a few black and white shots can be super cool! And I find that shots with the bike connect to the ground are way more interesting, lots of roost and shots of riders on the edge of losing control can add a lot of drama to the shot.
