    Great vid of the do's and don'ts whilst in live action. The repetition on that isolated corner really helped solidify the training content. I think this is a successful formula that most MX trainers do not incorporate these days.

    The whole look ahead thing is a grey area, depends on corner angle, speed and terrain really, personally i think that look ahead distance changes 3x per corner minimum, entry, mid and exit lot's to break down on looking ahead and not really alot of decent videos on it

      Probably weight too far back, if I was you, ride without taking your feet off the pegs, give it a chance before you give up on it too, always try keep your feet straight!, it will make you grip your bike so much better with your legs. And focus on head over the bar's especially when on the gas

    in what motion do i use the breaks and what break at what time?

      Aj has a nice video on braking, you use both front and rear together on entry if needed then you use the front when you have to throughout the corner to keep the front tire at the base of the rut so you don't ride out of it and cross rut

    How do you weight the outside peg when you're really leaning to the inside of the bike? Are you just pushing with your outside foot?

    • @northcountrywoodcraftny5953
      @northcountrywoodcraftny5953 10 місяців тому +4

      You don't, you should always be above the bike, never lean inside the bike, you lean the bike down underneath you and put all of your wight on that outside peg.
      If your leaning inside the bike in a corner your doing it wrong and you'll eventually get hurt when the bike drops on you in a high speed corner

      You never lean inside the bike you lean with it

    No one shows you how to fall out of a rut, into a rut, or over a rut.
