I have a new Mazda CX-5 and I love it. You don't have to toggle the big button to change any radio channels. There is a steering wheel control for that. The screen is touch screen when the car is not moving.
Mazda CX90. I much prefer the infotainment center with the knob control rather than having to have finger marks all over the touchscreen. I also like the controls being lower and not being so prominent on the dash. It looks sleeker and more high end.
I just got a cx 90 premium plus. The infotainment screen becomes a touchscreen when in apple carplay or android auto mode but only if the car is in idle. If you want to switch radio stations there is a toggle switch in the steering wheel for that so no need to reach for the screen or the rotating knob.
I know how it works lol but it should be a fully touch screen system and not just focused for that. Everything else is touch screen these days, it needs to catch up.
Mazda had touchscreens in previous model years. It was a decision by Mazda to go with a different and more reliable and less distracting option. @@BrosFOURRSpeed
In settings you can make it to where the touch screen works in aa or ac while the car is in motion my dealer did it for me on my 90 but honestly I like the dial
Mazda is the winner. Also, you can have the touchscreen on at all times in settings. The Mazda chime is a much nicer decibel that doesn’t make your ears bleed.
Toyota infotainment system is very annoying, either the whole thing to connected to the internet or its a slow system. You switch between the radio source it always take a couple seconds to complete the command. Got rid of it.
@@BrosFOURRSpeed I disagree. I own an Abarth 124 Spider with the same system. After you learn the functions, it is very easy to navigate wherever you want to go. I can fly thru the different functions. You are just too lazy to take the time to learn how the system works and would rather trash it as not good. You are wrong.

Mazda CX-90 for me.
Why!?
Toyota for me
Can You Make A Review On The 2023 Toyota Highlander Platinum
Haven’t seen one yet, but here’s a limited. It’ll be very similar. ua-cam.com/video/DnQFYzwz8FM/v-deo.htmlsi=my5uLcWlwNHsyBhT
Driving the CX90 rental and have falling in love. It feels more luxurious and modern than the highlander.
Glad you enjoy it!

Yeah I can see that for sure

@@BrosFOURRSpeed then I guess that makes the mazda less dangerous to drive then as touch screens just distracts most drivers 🤪

Great comparison thank you! Anybody had any good luck negotiating the price down with dealers on either? My wife is considering both.
Can you negotiate the price on new cars?
Mazda is the winner. Also, you can have the touchscreen on at all times in settings. The Mazda chime is a much nicer decibel that doesn’t make your ears bleed.
Where in the screen can you do that?
And the Mazda chime is so annoying lol, Toyotas is much better in my opinion.

The mazda cx90's screen are not touch screen by default. However, you can turn it on thru its settings.
I've never seen a setting for that. We've had several Mazdas and have yet to see that anywhere.
which one is more reliable?
Toyota is more reliable!
i prefer the additional power on the mazda cx90, even if i’m not using it most days. Having it when needed will seem like a lifesaver
True!
Mazda CX-90 is the clear winner here but Toyota has Grand Highlander to kill the CX-90
Yeah the Grand Highlander really is nice! Big step up from the normal one.
As long as mazda keeps the prices down, they will be the total winner.
Uts not safe to use touchscreen while driving
No, but still very nice to have.
I cannot follow the bouncing back and forth btwn vehicles. It’s easier if you do one vehicle at a time then a side by side comparison afterwards.
Yeah I've changed up my comparisons since this one
Everywhere I look on the www, it says the Highlander (non hybrid) tows up to 5000 lbs.
Yup, that's what I said in this video..
highlander looks outdated
Cx90 better
Why!?
It is touch screen
If you want to change your stations hit the favorites button and all your presets come up. He does not know how to use the system.
That's if you have favorites setup. It still isn't nearly as user friendly as pretty much every other car

ugly interior design for toyota highlander and it’s boring to drive. plus no discount from most dealers.
Looks are going to be subjective. I'd rather have the Toyota over the Mazda.
