- This video features the parasympathetic sigh, nadi shodhana (alternate nostril breathing), the 3-6 pattern, box breathing, a body scan and short meditation. I hope you find this combination of slow & soothing breathwork and meditation exercises useful. I have created different guided music for each breathing exercise and created visual cues to help you along the way whilst keeping you fully immersed in the session. Tell me how it went!
