    Some of the staff were employees of the banks they are now supposed to be investigating for malpractice or otherwise.

    Sadly, stakeholders are having to beat the same drum year after year. "Fairness", "time taken" "impartiality" - if stakeholders are bringing up the same issues, surely no more needs to be said but to close up, lock the doors and hand the keys back.

    They need more staff waiting nearly a year to sort my car finance issues out ridiculous

    4 months ago I put a subject access request in to the ombudsman service and was refused and she has the cheek to lie through her teeth about following the rules and the laws the ombudsman service makes there own laws they get paid off by the company

    Absolutely ignores consumer complaints o4 requests to escalate. This is the job of a CEO to be accountable and answerable.
