    Working out your glutes is really important for aesthetics. I have gotten more compliments on my glutes from women, then any other body part lol.. might as well not even work out anything else

    yo , you should get him to do a video with you on fixing anterior Pelvic Tilt... tons of people have it now a days some worse than others. we all sit down wayyy too much , sitting in chairs isn't that great for our posture, those of us with really good ergonomic built chairs are lucky, i used to have a sweet one til i moved somehow it's gone now, i like to do a lot of my computing from a laptop laying in a hammock i have setup in my room, it's nice on the back as long as you lay in it properly right.

    I believe most people would be much better served doing most exercise for glutes one leg at a time and really allow the glute to stretch and allow the pelvis to open up.

    We have the foam Rogue boxes. I hip thrust heavy, & the foam box cuts into my back. Even with no weight, it digs in. All I could think on that wood box was RIP back. Lol ⚰️⚰️⚰️
    Also on the quadroped, take the band & but it under the opposite knee. That way it's secure, & doesn't roll up.

      I thought the same thing when I saw that box. I was cringing the whole time. I had to replay that part twice because I was so focused on how painful that looked I wasn't paying attention to what the guy was saying. LOL

    I always do glute exercises aswell as leg raises, side leg raises etc...im sure guys look at me like "why the hell are you doing those?" Ive even thought about taking some of the classes aimed at women, "legs bums and tums" lol. Great for knee health and is often overlooked by guys, the type that squat and get bad knees and blame the exercise!

    I tried this with a low pulley and it feels better than a band. I attached some webbing strap which has loops sown in (it came with some cheap imitation trx but gets used all the time on cable pulleys) looped that around the leg and attached the strap to the cable/caribiner clip. Now my form just needs working on. ua-cam.com/video/KB7cmCtxFRw/v-deo.html

    • @curry2spicy4u
      @curry2spicy4u 5 років тому

      In the video you linked, when you are externally rotating your hip there isn't much resistance. You should turn the angle of resistance about 45 degrees so it matches how the set up the band in the video. What you are doing currently is basically a quadruped cable weighted hip extension (a good exercise), but not the same as what is shown. This exercise is sometimes called a 'fire hydrant' if you want to look up more form videos.
