Second that. There are three makeovers I’d really like to see again. Two were by Lawrence…one a Moroccan- style kitchen, and one a green and gold zen bedroom. And the last is one by either Anna or Linda, and was a raspberry chocolate bedroom. They stuck with me for all these years, I’m curious to see if they’d hold up, or look super dated now, or if my tastes are more sophisticated now 😂
I'm from the US, so I was exposed to this series through BBC America back in the day. Didn't even know this show came out in the 90s but hearing the theme song made me choke up with nostalgia. Me and mom liked this series more than Trading Spaces back then (the designs certainly looked a LOT better than what came out of Trading Spaces back in the day lol). Completely forgot about the neighbor vs neighbor formula in this show tho, that's one thing this show and Trading Spaces had in common apparently.
Used to be the highlight of the TV week. These couples though..."We're Scottish". No, you're not. Guessing the first series involved friends of the producer, etc.

The acid yellow is such a peaceful and restful color for a nursery.
