    Thank you for sharing. My wife and I are fairly new to shelling having just moving to Florida a year ago. We live up in the Panhandle between Ft Walton and Pensacola Beach. We would love to check out other Florida beaches

      Have fun! The panhandle is not the "best" place for shells, but once you get on the east or west coast the shells become more plentiful! Thank you for watching!

    How much does it cost to get into the park? Do you also have to pay for parking?

    • @TravelingTreasureFinder
      @TravelingTreasureFinder  Рік тому

      Yes. Daily entrance is $4 for a single and $8 for a double. But since I was in Florida for several months, I bought a state park pass for $60. Since Honeymoon is a state park, I was able to use that pass.

    Ok. This video may answer my question from the first Honeymoon video. Actually if you have a season pass for FL state parks, you can obtain a special "after-hours" pass that lets you in earlier than 8 which is what I do and a few others. Congrats on making it to the north end!😊 I park at the Oasis beach and love walking all the way to the end!😊 I saw someone one day with a GoPro. Maybe it was you!

      Ha! When did you see the person with the GoPro? I was there in December! I didn't know about the after-hours pass! How cool!! I never saw anyone enter early when I was there, but if I go again, I will look into it.😊

      @@TravelingTreasureFinder I think it was sometime in Dec. The person said it was a good camera for wet weather. Was that you? The annual pass allows you the option of the after-hours pass but they don't want people going in close to opening time. I usually get there at sunrise.

      @@gingermackeen5741 Hi Ginger - you know it probably was me! I remember a lady approaching me and asking if I had a channel and we chatted for a bit Can't remember if it was about my camera, but I usually have it in my hand while shelling. How cool!

    Always look forward to your video adventures. You have a gift for making them so calming, picturesque & informative.
    I have been to Lake Erie several times in the last two weeks...but the Ice Dunes & Permafrost are still lingering.
    So Thank You from the still 'brrr' Western Erie County PA for the Sunny Skies, Warm Temps, Open Seas!

      Thank you so much! I'm glad that you can come along and escape the freezing Great Lakes! Soon there should be a little light at the end of the tunnel! I remember (when we lived up north) how ready for spring I was by the time March came along! Stay warm and crossing my fingers for Spring!! 😊
