Your learning scope and working time is totally depends on project in tcs, once you are allocated to rod project they won't give release, you have to do the work or resign.

Hi Sir , I have one question related to noticed period , could you please clarify :
Per example
a ) if we not willing to service notice period then we have to buyout
b ) I am on bench I put resignation with 3 months notice period then after 2 days company released me early then company will pay shortfall days or not ? Because company breaching it's own terms and conditions right , could please clarify . In this case company will not willing to pay to employee and simply related
