Hi Pramod, Few compines will verify full history , if you have PF from the past compnay or if they filed ITR againsit your salary it may make some problesm with few compnies, its not issue with all the compnies. and dont worry about your fututr on this, just advising its better to get the documents from all your work experiance. if possible now also get the Reliving / experieance letter and you can showcase that as intern for one month. it will help you to increase the chances to get more opertunities Thank you Mahesh

PF connected with AAdhar not only with Mobile Number. they can able to trace. if possible try to get reliving letter from the first org.
