"In Tcs stress is low". This is completely wrong. In my project There Is Heavy stress. They are pushing us to work 15hrs a day , will get calls regarding to issues Even in Weekends.Complex coding work they are assigning to a NON-IT background fresheners Without even giving 1day of training. It is completely depends on project and Most of my friend's situation also same in different projects.

TCS also have work pressure . They ask associates to come and work on Saturday , just to get billing from client showing them some stupid work. Hikes are very bad. Work life balance is same as other companies. Lot of backend politics . Yes, people sit on bench for more days, but with lot of stress from resource management and HR. There are cases , where resource management blackmailed the associates to leave, in case they don't accept few project which they don't like due to some location or project issues.
